Tagboards, Forums, Guestbooks... etc

What's your favorite way of getting responce back from your site?

(The ones in the topic are just some ideas)

I like guestbooks the best, plus, in my experiences they get less spam than forums and tagboards.

Forums require the most work on the visitor's part... so I don't put them first. Tagboards are nice because they can be gone like *THAT*... never used a guestbook though.

Be careful of using guestbooks, people can post horrible messages with URL redirections on it for me to delete --;;
I prefer forums.

I don't like guestbooks, I used to have an unmoderated guestbook and my best friend got on and covered it in swear words and rude stuff so I took it down.

Tagboards are easy and quick.

Forums get you repeat visitors.

You don't know if it's a joke or not? o_o If your best friend does something like that you should ask them about it because otherwise that's a mean and wierd thing to do.

Personally, I think e-mail is the best way to get responses regarding your site. I found that those that are willing to send an e-mail about your site will be more likely to point out any problems in more detail than those on a forum or tag-board.

I received more feedback via e-mail than through my site's forum, so I ended up taking the forum down. Almost everyone that surfs the Internet uses e-mail, but not everyone likes to sign up to forums or post in a tag-board where everyone can see your IP number (JKaizer needs to fix that on his tag-board, for example).

No one e-mails me anyways... I prefer that. I get enough junk to delete as it is. -_-
