It looks like the it's from the eppy before Miroku puroses :3 When they are in the little room and Sango has a flashback to Mt. Hakurei. I could be wrong, though.

The other day I saw the eppy where Sango is introduced :3 I really like the music they play in the background when the show her! <3

Oh,she was remembering when they were being attacked by Kagura,right? =D That special moment her and Miroku had together? ^o^

I LOVE that episode...it's kinda sad when Kohaku dies though D;
