    Just as the title says, this is a club for fans of the Tales Saga(Tales of the Abyss, Tales of Symphonia, Tales of Legendia, ect.) I noticed there wasn't one here, so...I decided to make one :D

    But of course, we must have rules-

    1. Naturally, you must follow the TOS(NOT Tales of Symphonia) of PokeCommunity
    2. Try to stay on topic- I don't mind going off-topic for a bit, but please, I don't want pages of pages of off-topic discussion.
    3. Please try not to argue. I know there is some disagreement between fans about which game is better, blah blah, but please avoid this.
    4. Not everyone has played all the games, or at least beat them. So please put any major plot details in spoiler details.
    5. Anyone can make a new topic(I dunno...some people have to be told this O_o)
    6. And for the love of Lorelei, no spam. Linking to videos or fanart is alright, just as long as it isn't in rapid succession.

    It's definitely Lion Magnus from Tales of Destiny/2. He's one of my all time favorite characters. He's just got a cool persona. Others would include; Arche, Chloe, and Annie. :)

    My fav. Tales character? Its a toss up between Sheena from Tales of Symphonia, Tear from Tales of the Abyss, Arche from Tales of Phantasia, and Judith from Tales of Vesperia.

    Has anyone here heard about Tales of VS? Its a fighting/RPG game done in the style of the original Tales games that is being released for the PlayStation Portable. There's been no conformation on whether or not it will see release outside of Japan, but Namco Bandai has already filed a trademark for Tales of VS in America. Characters will be able to carry out normal attacks and use new intricate actions such as jumping off of walls. Characters are able to gain experience by collecting Grade Points from winning battles and use these Grade Points to upgrade the statistics of three character. Like previous games in the series characters are also able to customize their weapons. Battles can feature up to a total of 4 characters at a time.

    Multiple gameplay modes will be present in Tales of VS as well as multiple mini-games. Tales of VS will also feature its own original story mode.
    --Yggdrasill Mode, this is the story mode of the game, it features an original story which differs from other Tales games. Each characters possess their own unique story which is different from their original games.
    --Multiplayer Mode, this allows players to battle up to 4 friends over Wi-Fi.
    --2D Battle Mode, one of the mini-games, it utilizes 2D sprites instead of 3D Models.

    The game will feature a total of 35 Characters from 13 different games. Most will be heroes, but others, will be villains. All Characters will be fully voiced, it is currently unknown if the original voice-actors for all characters will return in Tales of VS.

    Yep, Jade's confirmed. This game will likely see release since it was copywrited in America, can't really say the same for Europe, but if America gets it that makes it more likely for Europe.

    Who do would you play as the most in Tales of VS and why?
    -     Jade simply for the pwnage and to murder Luke
    - Asch because I can and also to kill Luke
    - and probably Colette for the lulz she'd trip every five seconds

    But has anyone played Tales of the World (radiant mythology) for the PSP? I love it ever so much. ^//^ A custom character finally but too bad they can't talk or allow the NPCs to say your name.
     
    I haven't played World Mythology since I don't have a PSP>> BUT, I will be getting one, because I MUST play TotW:RM2- because it has a LOT more characters(Jade included, and also Luke is his more mature self in this one, and Asch is in this one too).

    Thats a hard choice considering that they're not all confirmed. However, outta the confirmed, I'd have to say Judith. I like her weapon and her design.

    My favorite Tales characters are Arche Klein, Genis Sage, Jade Curtiss, Rita Mordio, and Luke Fon Fabre. Mages are the best.
     
    I'm really looking forward to the Tales of VS game in english....just a few more weeks....(Last I recalled)
