<OOC>No really, you can take the post if you want it. I really don't care.<OOC>
I was in the town proper<OOC>At least I'm assuming that's where ya'all are.<OOC> when I say a kid a little younger than me trip. Snorting to contain my laughter, I walked right on by towards the market, kicking the rock out from under him as I passed.

OOC: Are ya sure? Ok! Your guess of where we are is as good as mine, but im guessing with you, XD
IC:"What a jerk!" I mumbled to myself, "I hate morning where I can't remember what I'm supposed to be doing!"

OOC: We better wait till the other members start or this could get confusing for them.

<OOC>Yeah, I guess so. I need to finish up one more thing (and get things really smoking), O Mighty Chosen One.<OOC>

I'd reached the market and had indeed reached my favorite armorer before I really noticed it. A vague sense of unease crept into the air and the air itself seemed to get darker. I'd only felt this once before, when the Demonians had attacked the Academy of the Arts and Sciences of the Warrior, the best fighting school I'd ever heard of. I sucked in my breath, hoping the feeling would pass. Frtunately, it did, shortly after I'd seen an enormously tall, hard-eyed man with silver hair pass by. I spent the next hour or so happily trying out various wooden sabers, checking their balance, durability and asthetics. Finally, I found one, carved from black oak and with a charm of strength placed upon it. I payed for it and walked off happily, my purchase tucked into my belt. It was then when the unease returned. Before I really knew what happened, the tall man bumped into me, going toward my forest. Reaching into my pocket briefly I found my wallet missing.

ooc: hey... this seems like fun!

ic: saphira sat at the edge of the town, on the cliff that overlooks the sea. she was meditating, trying to become one with the earth. this is so boring... i wish i werent a priestest sometimes...yawn... i wanna go on an adventure...

before she knew it, saphira was half asleep. she dreampt of anventures and over things when... whoooosh a strong gust of wind almost knocked her off the edge. "whoa..." saphira balenced herself ignoring her own long hair getting in her face. god, this is killing me... she thought, getting up and brushing herself off.

saphira walked back to the village casully, not knowing that she would take part in a great adventure....

ooc: so hows THAT for a beginning?

OOC: Yeppers!

IC:By that time was in the item shop trying to find out some information. "Um...could you please help me?" I asked politely.

"Yes, how may I help you?" the store clerk replied.

"Today is a special day, I know that. But what's so special about it?" I asked curiously.

The clerk just laughed and said, "Why it's the day the Choosen leaves to save the world from the Demonians!"

Then it dawned on me, since I was a mercenary, I was being paid to accompany the choosen along the way. "Thank you." I said, again, politely, and then ran out of the store looking for the choosen. "How could I forget about that!? Especially when I'm going!" I exclaimed to myself as I neared the church of ________.

OOC: Only one problem now....what's the churchs name? XD

OOC: What were you saying yuppers to? So are we just collecting shards instead of praying at Temples and stuff?

IC: I asked one of the people nearby what was going on and they explained to me.
"Oh ya, I forgot that was today!" I said as I laughed silently. The person fell over. "Now how did I forget that?"
I started to walk towards the church.

OOC: We could always leave it as Church of Martel, XD

OOC: Works for me! XD

Anyway If you read the storyline over, I think it says that the seals are used to access the castle, like they would the tower of salvation. And we have to collect the shards first, because we can't march up to the castle without the crystal!XD

So first the shards and then the seals.

IC: "Hey David!" I said smiling as I met him at the church. "I see you've found why this day is so special!" I said laughing. "So why are you here? Are you to accompany the choosen too?"

OOC: Okie Dokie, whatever works, but I'm just trying to figure out the Chosen's role in this. Its kind of need to know for me @.@ Anyways, ill include it in one of my later posts. So where exactly are we? XD
IC: "Uhh, something like that," I replied, "You'll find out my role soon enough!"
Everyone knows me as a very bubbly and clumsy person, but I guess its true though. "I wonder why they decided to keep the Chosen a secret this time" I said to him.

"Well that should be self-evident." I said arrogantly as I walked by. "Remember what hapened to the last on?" Here, I tossed a wicked grin to the kid from before, then ambled off again after the thief.

Stopping and turning, I said "Oh, yes it most definately was I knew him you see, but the only way I recognized him afterwards was by the clothes they dumped out with him." Here I paused for a second, trying to draw a bit of breath against the weight of memory. "Tell me." Here I grinned again, eyes flashing. "Have you ever seen anyoe bereft of all their skin?"

"Well, I have to say that's the fate you'll be sharing." I returned, turning around as well. "You'e a worthless scrawny rat compared to the last Chosen and he didn't get anywhere near completing his quest."

OOC: XD Okiedokie! I got you know!

IC: I sat there watching the to bicker back and forth until I had about enough of it. "Can you to please stop fighting? It doesn't do us any good, to sit here and argue like a bunch of adults arguing over who is better! Now can we just do what we came here to do?" I asked my voice full of frustration, and anger, not something you see everyday. But I hate to see people arguing.

"I've overheard you." I said, face hardening. I continued with "And I get off by, as I said, having known the last one. You're nothing compared to him." I finished, snarling.

That was about all I could take, even though I left my dagger at me side my face turned hard. "Ignore him, he's no one important." I sighed and then turned to Davids question. "He should be getting here any minute now." I said looking around curious to where the priest was.
