Zelos: Did you see that? That was the Great Mysterious Masked Handsome Warrior Zelos at work!
Genis: Hey, can I ask you a question, Mr. Mysterious Masked Handsome Warrior?
Zelos: Certainly, young man. Ask me anything you like.
Genis: If you're wearing a mask, how can anyone tell that you're handsome?
Zelos: Well, it's obvious when you see my unmasked face, right?
Sheena: I'd like to ask something too.
Zelos: Ah, the Great-Chested Sheena. Ask me anything.
Sheena: If you're supposed to be mysterious, why are you still using your name, "Zelos"?
    Zelos: Ah, well that's...
Presea: May I ask something as well?
Zelos: Wh-what is it, my dear Presea?
Presea: Are you hiding your face because that outfit is embarrassing?
Zelos: ...Ahhh! You hurt my feelings!

The title design is supposed to look like an arrow, before anyone asks. >o

ANYWAYS, the rules are basically the same as most clubs around. Don't bash the opinions of others, and you are at risk of being exposed to spoilers if you join. I'll have a member rank system up soon. It took me forever just to type all that out. So, have fun!

PICK ME PICK ME I WANT TO JOIN PICK ME. *shot*

...now what? :| I guess I'll start talking about Tales.

My first Tales of game was Tales of Symphonia on the Gamecube and I've loved the series ever since. Or at least, I've loved that game. I got into a few others, but Symphonia's still my favourite. My favourite character from ToS is Kratos. The only other Tales game I've beaten is Tales of the Abyss, which I beat just the other week. XD Luke's my favourite there.

    I've played a bit of Phantasia but then my ROM's save file was deleted so I'm still telling myself I'll buy the game instead of playing it on the computer. I haven't yet. XD; I've played some Legendia, and I have no idea how far I got, but I wasn't a fan of the character designs so I haven't touched it in ages. :| I've also played some Tales of the World games, but only in Japanese, so I didn't get too far 'cause I stop and try to translate every little thing. XD;

I also have the Japanese PS2 version of ToS but I haven't had the chance to play it yet. o.o

Uhm, lessee, I own the following:

    Tales of Symphonia (GC)
    Tales of Phantasia (GBA)
    Tales of Legendia (PS2)
    Tales of the Abyss (PS2)
    Tales of Eternia (PSP)
Tales of the World: Narikiri Dungeon 2 (GBA)
Tales of the World: Narikiri Dungeon 3 (GBA)
Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology (PSP)

I like most of the Tales characters, they're so colourful! But I guess I prefer:
    Colette Brunel (Symphonia)
    Kratos Aurion (Symphonia)
    Zelos Wilder (Symphonia)
    Arche Klein(Phantasia)
    Cress Albane (Phantasia)
    Annie Barrs (Rebirth)
    Leon Magnus (Destiny)
    Reid Herschel (Eternia)
    Keele Zeibel (Eternia)
    Senel Coolidge (Legendia)
    Luke fon Fabre (Abyss)
    Tear Grants (Abyss)
    Jade Curtiss (Abyss)
    Asch the Bloody (Abyss)

Eh... I've only been able to find Symphonia GameStops here suck...

I'll join! I'm planning on getting a Wii just for the new Tales of games. I was gonna get one anyway, but now I have obligation.

Let's see favorite characters... Well I only have ToS {dur}, so I like Collette, Raine, Sheena, and Kratos best. Zelos is way higher than the rest of them though, and Lloyd annoyed me >.<

PICK ME PICK ME I WANT TO JOIN PICK ME. *shot*

    XD

Anyway, I started off with ToS for my first Tales game. Then I picked up ToA (and as you know, like 2 hours in XD), and just a few days ago this Andy got ToW and I haven't put it down since (well on my free time). I love both ToS and ToW (not in ToA enough for me to like or dislike it).

Anyway, I'd like to join. And OMG Sheena and Tear rules!!!! XD

    OH TALESSSSS 8D.

I love the Tales series, though I don't really have any of them :x. *IS RALLY RALLY RALLY SHOT FOR BEING SO STUPIDOOO WHEN SHE DIDN'T EVEN PLAY ANY OF THEM SHAT SHAT SHOT.* But I really want ToS. Since I have a gamecube. My favorite characters are probably Arietta, Anise, Colette, Sheena, Teat, Luke, Asch, and many more cute girls xD. So ANYWAYZ (even when I haven't played any of the games) canI join 8DDDDDD.

I was thinking about the member thing last night. All I could come up with are the owners being Cruxis, but then I thought that maybe Cruxis wasn't even in any of the other games. And Then I remembered that the owners aren't evil D:

In other words, I got nothing. Welcome to the club Rena! ^^

    D:

Boo to that. They must not understand the deep deep confusion caused by these games is actually fun for some people mainly me

Honestly, I enjoy not know what the heck's going on XD

Hahaha, nice info on the tales game. I've started it off with Phantasia... but I never got to play the Destiny series. By far, Abyss is my favorite and it has my favorite characters too. I would like to join.

    Mostly, I like...
    Cless
    Arche
    Mint
    Luke
    Guy
    Jade
    Tear
    Sheena
    Colette
    Anise
    Kratos
    Stahn
    Rid

GS and GI are both on crack when they rate games. They play favourites too much. D=

Anyways, here's all of the info released on ToS:KoR so far:

    MAIN CHARACTERS:

    Emil Castagnier
    Age: 16
    Height: 169 cm
    Weight: 60 kilos

Emil is a survivor of the destruction of Palmacosta, an event that occured in Tales of Symphonia. He is simple-minded, but has a good heart. He believes almost anything anyone tells him, and he is afraid to make his own decisions. He wants to protect Marta, so he longs to become a Knight of Ratatosk.

    Marta Lualdi
    Age: 16
    Height: 153 cm
    Weight: 43 kilos

Marta too is a survivor of the destruction of Palmacosta. She is the type that knows exactly what she wants and knows just what to do. She detests those who cannot differentiate between good and evil, and she loves to win. She is still very feminine, and believes that Emil acts too much like a girl. Though, she truly believes that Emil is hiding his true strength under his indecisive exterior. Emil is like Marta's prince.

    THE STORY:
Miya Yajima, the scenario writer for Tales of Symphonia, states that he always imagined these knights whenever he thought about the world of Symphonia after the main story had taken place. So, naturally, that is what the new game is based on.

    THE GAMEPLAY:
It is also stated that the Wiimote, capture-able monsters, etc, will bring a brand-new feel to the game, and it will be a completely different product from its predecessor. During battles, the two main characters will be able to capture monsters, and bring them along to fight in other battles. They can be issued commands, but sometimes, they will eschew your authority and act of their own free will. Also, the world map is gone, replaced by a point-and-click world map.

    FUTURE TALES GAMES:
He also claimed that they wanted to announce all of the new Tales titles in development, but were forced to keep it down to four. This means that there are other Tales titles currently in development we do not yet know about.

Sounds interesting. Though I'm scared that it's going to be a spinoff and not a main entry.

    Lol, why don't they use, you know, the Symphonia models? o_o; It'll be weird to suddenly have new species of monster everywhere when the game only takes place, what, 2 years after the events of the original? I think that's stupid. oo;

    I'm disappointed with the male lead, too. He looks so familiar. 9_9;

But for all my whining, I still can't wait for the game. XD

    *checks*...*checks again*

You know, your right. I've had that game for how long now, and I didn't realize the resemblance. They stole Marta's weapon design from ME >O

I knew he looked really familiar the first time I saw him, and as I was scrolling past Andy's post in this thread, it hit me. xD I was gonna look for a better shot of Marche, but I was lazy. It shows well enough anyway.

    I'm not sure what would possess the Tales Studio to use that character design. I mean, not only was it used in another game quite recently, but a Square-Enix Final Fantasy game. Everyone's heard of those and most people in the RPG fandom have played them. <_<;
