    Yes, Tangrowth the Bold. I need some help!

    Tangrowth-Leftovers
    Bold-Leaf Guard
    EV's 200 Defense, 200 HP, 110 Special Attack
    Stun Spore
    Leech Seed
    Sunny Day
    Sludge Bomb/HP Water
     
    Not sure about EV's but

    If you can get Hp Water use it and Sunny Day but if not.

    Sludge Bomb
    Leech Seed
    Stun Spore
    Energy Ball(for Stab)/other.

    Sunny Day will drag out fire types so with HP Water you have them covered.
    HP ice will also cover mixmence and flying types.

    - Sleep powder
    - Leech Seed
    - Knock Off/ Stun Spore


    Power whip should be your grass move of choice (its preferred over Energy Ball due to sandstreams 50% sp.def rise of certain pokemon), its base Sp.att is only slightly higher than its Att, but Power Whip more than makes up for it with its 120 base power.

    bring this in on a physical sweeper, and you get a free sleep powder or Knock Off/ Stun Spore, all three are crippling moves.

    Leech Seed is to regain lost Hp.

    STAB with energy ball or something. Tangrowth has a decent sp. attack. If your going for Bold, then try sub seeder?

    i use dark_azelf's set personally, he's the one that recommended it to me actually and it works wonders especially against those crazy swamperts and milotics...they almost never expect a grass switch in
