3rd Gen Team and movesets

I need help on my leaf green team. I'm only on Mt. Moon but I'm thinking of my final team and movesets. I can't trade and all of this is in-game.

Blastoise:
surf
icebeam
earthquake

Pidgeot:
air cutter
featherdance
mirrormove
--

Raichu:
thunderbolt
brick break
slam
light screen

Sandslash:
slash
earthquake
aerial ace
brick break

i'm also thinking of Dragonite as an HM Slave and a Kadabra.

Kadabra:
Psychic
reflect
ice punch
fire punch

Ok.Just to let you know Dragonite is not a good HM slave. Sure, it might be able to learn rock smash, strength, fly, etc, but it's too powerful to be one. You can teach it a few hms, like fly, but you cannot make it an hm slave! (Other wise the team is fine)

If you can't trade, how are you getting the extra TMs?

And yes, using Dragonite as an HM slave is like driving a Ferrari in 1st gear. Just not right.

Normally threads dealing with team building belong in the Strategies & Move Sets forum, but since in-game team threads aren't allowed, I'll just close this. Everything works in-game as long as you level up and go for super effective hits.
