6th Gen Team Building Help

I'm pretty new to online battling and playing ranked matches seem to be getting my team wrecked every time i've won one in about 10 and can see the pattern emerging. I need help to make a team that's usable for ranked matches so how it's like you only get to use 3 pokemon in a single battle or 4 in a double. Any help and advice would be appreciated. PS I'm quite familiar with breeding to get good attacks and EV's and that's not a problem for me the hard part for me is having good pokes with a good moveset and also what item to give them. I can give you my current team below;

Tyranitar
Umbreon
Dragonite
Mismagius
Ferrothorn
Smeargol

Buddy, we really appreciate the help but the correct thing to do is use the Report button. Posting is the opposite of what you should do, leave that to us moderators.
