    Hi there I was hoping to build a team around the Pokemon of my people xp the amazing little bird fighter Hawlucha.

    I had some ideas using Mega Alteria, Garchomp, Gengar, and Klefki

    but my main idea is to use Hawlucha as a clean up sweeper.

    I would love to hear suggestions c:
     
    Klefki with light clay and using reflect + light screen will allow you to set up almost anything e.g. your Hawlucha with substitute/swords dance, or dragon dance your Mega Altaria. The last spot on your team should be a defogger/spinner, ideally one that can also set up stealth rock - Empoleon is the best option I can think of off the top of my head for your team.
