I was looking up a good pokemon with follow me and this was the only option and its pretty awesome IMO. Comments please.

Clefable @ Brightpowder or Leftovers [spdef or spatk + / atk or sp atk -]
EV: 252 hp 129 def 129 sp def
    Follow me
    Seismic Toss
    Softboiled
    Cosmic Power

I think this thing will be insane. First start off with cosmic power and heal when needed, then use follow me, so another pokemon can focus punch, or just to protect that fast sweeper that has no defenses. And Seismic Toss is there for decent damage. I have brightpowder or Leftovers there, because at the tournaments I goto, you are not allowed to have the same item on a different pokemon, and we all know how useful leftovers is :D.

lol... if it's a tournament that has item clause, I'll use salac/petaya/liechi/leftovers/lum/white herb *cough overheat abuse! cough* as my items ;p Or scope lens or something like that if no overheat abuse is present.

The problem with clefable is that it got an illegal move called softboil XD try moonlight instead. Plus in a 2vs2 battle, stat buff up is not as useful because battles are very fast paced and one Pokemon will get wiped out in every one turn because of focus firing X_x; If you want follow me/brightpowder abuse, use Togetic instead.

pokefor says that clefairy can learn softboiled through the fr/lg move tutor, unless they are wrong. And so far at the tournaments I went to, no one focus fires that much, because all it takes is seeing a few people get screwed over because of protect, and people then start to spread out thier attacks.

And does brightpowder get double the flee while on togetic because of serene grace? Or are the moves that togetic can learn just better?

togetic has hustle which allows togetic to receive a free level of double team at the cost of taking 20% extra damage. If you're planning to evade why not just risk it like that...

I'm not sure about clefable and softboil, though it sounds enough for me if pokefor say so. I don't have NBdex at the moment so I can't check. Use softboil for now then, and change it to something else if it's illegal.
