Ok, so the emphasis is on countering the counters to the poke in front in this team. My idea is that if i am faster than my opponent, then i have an advantage.

    Froslass @ Focus Sash
    Timid
    Snow Cloak
    32 HP / 224 SpA / 252 Spe
    Substitute
    Thunder Wave
    Spikes
    Ice Beam

This is basically an annoyer lead. Sub/T-Wave, then the other. Then continue Spiking. And Ice Beam means i'm not a total sucker for Taunt.
Focus Sash means i survive a Meteor Mash or Bullet Punch from Metagross, which is handy, as i either get a t-wave, or 1 layer of spikes down (if it knows bullet punch), or if not, i get t-wave plus spikes or two layers of spikes.
add Thunder Wave, and Froslass is going to survive quite a while.

    Suicune @ Leftovers
    Timid
    172 HP / 120 SpA / 216 Spe
    Calm Mind
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    HP Electric

This is basically a bulkier Offensive Suicune. It can outspeed all pokemon with base speed 80 and below.
It also walls the main threats to Froslass, which are Fire and Steel types, particularly anything running Bullet Punch, as Froslass is extremely frail.
This is also a more immediate threat than Crocune, but Calm Mind is a welcome boost.

    Scizor @ Choice Band
    Technician
    Adamant
    248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
    U-Turn
    Bullet Punch
    Superpower
    Pursuit

Again, this takes out the main threat to Suicune, which is Blissey. The main things that switch in on a CB U-Turn (which is what they'll usually expect) are Gyarados, defensive Zapdos, Heatran, and other Steel-types—will switch out of Suicune, giving it a free Calm Mind. If defensive Zapdos chooses not to switch, Suicune can take it out with Ice Beam. Between them, the only problem Zapdos for both Scizor and Suicune is Timid Life Orb, and if Froslass is still around, it can dispatch that with Ice Beam.

    Blissey @ Leftovers
    Natural Cure
    Calm
    252 Def / 80 SpA / 176 SpD
    Wish
    Softboiled
    Seismic Toss
    Flamethrower

Wish is mainly for healing teammates, hence no WishProtect combo.
    Softboild is for Blissey
Seismic Toss is a guaranteed 100hp off everything except ghosts,
Flamethrower is an attack which hits everything that would be resisted by toxic (if i had it)

    Infernape @ Life Orb
    Jolly
    4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Swords Dance
    Close Combat
    Fire Punch
    Mach Punch

Swords Dance is the boost, two powerful STABs, Mach Punch to get rid of random fast pokes.

Blissey's main Threat will be things like Scizor, with Superpower OHKOs and Brick Break, which can 2HKO due to lack of WishProtect combo, Fire Punch will dispatch Scizor swiftly, as it usually packs nothing hitting Nape for neutral, let alone super-effective.

Infernape's main counters are Hippowdon, Donphan, Suicune and Slowbro.
Celebi (below) can take all of them out with Grass Knot

    Celebi @ Life Orb
    Timid
    76 HP / 252 SpA / 180 Spe
    Calm Mind
    Grass Knot
    Recover
    Earth Power

    Calm Mind boosts.
Grass Knot is STAB that takes out major counters to Infernape.
    Recover helps Celebi survive
Earth Power is a good bet agaisnt Heatran, Metagross and Jirachi.

    Rate away peeps!!

Excellent team, really. It has a resiliant defensive core yet can go offensive in the blink of an eye. Nothing really stands out as a major threat, the biggest I can think of is Mixed Salamence, who can be revenge killed and is technically a threat to all teams without Cresselia. I do have a few suggestions for you, such as removing Brightpowder on Froslass for Focus Sash. The extra 10% evasion doesn't really help all that much, and guaranteeing you live something such as Metagross's Meteor Mash is essential for any suicide lead. Anyway, I can't find that many threats that can penetrate this team's defenses. Props for using Swords Dance Infernape. It's easily one of the most effective stallbreakers.
