Spoiler:
"What right does one man hold to define morality and justice? One hundred men? One million?
No right. Only the highest beings, the true ones, wield rule upon this land forged of their own labors. Join us; to join them."

Executive Tournament for President Spot!
Battle each of your fellow Executives once.
Free teams, 6 vs 6, standard clauses.
Report results to Scientist Davis.
The changes to Team Destiny are all but complete.
Now, we are merely waiting on the Executives.
CrimsonStorm must finish his battles against Mukkamoto for the higher position.
Following that, the Executive Tournament will decide our President.
What is Team Destiny?
Spoiler:
For many years, Destiny Incorporated was considered to be a beautiful testament of progress in our time. No one could have known what went on behind closed doors. The very same scientists which brought about such widely used commodities as the Luxury Ball, Experience Share, and even Repel worked tirelessly toward a horrid and villainous goal. At long last, they had succeeded. The fusion of a human and pokemon subject. Their first monstrosities were mindless beasts, grotesque and out of control. As the experiments continued, the creations came to retain sentient thought. The time had come. Team Destiny was formed of the most diabolical pokemon trainers in the world to collect legendary pokemon on a global scale... To become one with them.
Will you stop them,
or join them?
Joining Team Destiny:
Spoiler:
Team Destiny is composed of up to 17 Commanders, each one named after a tarot card and based upon a single type of pokemon. Each Commander may only use non-uber pokemon in his or her team of his or her chosen type, no exceptions. No two Commanders may choose the same type or the same tarot card. The five Commanders who have proven most skilled or influential will earn the rank of Executive. An Executive is allowed only one uber and if he or she chooses to use one, it may only switch in once the other five pokemon in that Executive's party have fainted- or four in a double battle. Those who do not make it into the Commander or Executive rank may serve as Grunts. Grunts also receive a title. Grunts are not expected to use only one type in their team. However, a Grunt may only carry one OU pokemon in receiving a challenge. This OU pokemon may switch in at any time, as opposed to the uber provided to an Executive. In order to receive a Commander position, you may challenge an already positioned Commander to a rank battle. These shall consist of 6 vs 6, free teams, standard clauses. Commanders need not accept a rank challenge more than once a week.
