I just beat all the gyms and all my Pokemon are from lv 55 to 60. Except for a Blissey I'm training. (She's at lv 26, what's a good place to train her?)

    Blissey lv 26
    Natural Cure
    Calm
    - Toxic
    - Wish
    - Seismic Toss [Should I replace this with Ice beam? Since I won't be like lv 100 when I face the E4/Red, it wouldn't do much, would it? But Seismic Toss is also super hard to get on a Blissey :/]
    - Protect

Dragonite [Help on moves, please..] lv 59
    Rash
    - Dragon Rush
    - Draco Meteor

    - Psycho Cut
    - Swords Dance
    - Close Combat

When I fight Red I'm gonna need to trach Blissey Rock Clim, cos she's the only one that can learn it. I'm thinking of removing Toxic as the rest are so important lol. Help?

Id recommend starting over again with Dragonite to begin with.
You need a better nature, one that will benefit its physical attack, since Dragonite is a much stronger physical attacker than it is special attacker.
Draco Meteor is fine to keep. Get rid of Dragon Rush, its way too inaccurate, Id suggest replacing it with Dragon Claw. Thunderbolt to be replaced by one of the elemental punches and if you want to keep Fly then do so.

For Houndoom, Dark Pulse > Crunch due to its higher special attack stat.
Flamethrower is your high power + high accuracy fire attack. Outside of that, you could go with something like Nasty Plot + Shadow Ball/Sludge Bomb/Toxic OR Sunny Day + Solar Beam.

Thanks for the advice :) So do i go with an Adamant Dragonite? And for whatever reason, my Houndooms Attack is higher than its S.Attack. o.O

It should itself out as far as Houndoom goes. Im not entirely sure on all the ins and outs, but it might be the case if you've been EV training in Attack.

Any nature that benefits Dragonite in physical attack but doesn't hinder speed. So Lonely, Adamant or Naughty should be ok.
I just went and got myself the Extremespeed Dratini from the Dragon Master and had to soft reset about 23 times to get a decent nature. Ive ended up with Lonely so that's ok with me.
Just be aware that hatching a Dratini egg is just over 10000 steps lol.
I realise its a bit of a pain, but itll be worth it.
Luckily enough, you can get another Thunderbolt TM as well.
The moveset Im thinking about using for my future Dragonite is Dragon Dance (to up my attack), Dragon Claw (to take care of other dragons and STAB), Aqua Tail (to take care of the rock types that can deal me super effective damage + nice strong physical attack + type coverage), and, Fire Punch (again for type coverage and to destroy the ice types that will seek to destroy me).

The other 4 in your team, Im really not very much help with at all. I might do a bit of research though for you and get back to you.

Lol I'm so stupid. I just remembered I DID EV train Houndoom in Attack, has about 30 EVs in S.Atk though. Should I restart?

Well, I'll get myself an appropriately natured Dratini (Extremespeed isn't really needed, right?).:'(

Edit : Can you suggest an EV Spread for Dragonite? I was thinking Adamant with 252 Atk, 252 Spe and 6 HP :/
And If I use your moveset, how would I deal with dual-type Ice and Water types? :(

Its not necessary to restart but you can change the moveset to suit a special attacker as well as EV training in Sp.Atk

Extremespeed isnt necessary no, and I cant really suggest a spread for you. Like I said, im not really familiar with it all just yet. But 252 Atk for an Adamant Dragonite sounds alright. Go for EVs in speed as well yeah.

The only real problems you have are Dragonite and Houndoom.

    For Dragonite:
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 HP / 252 Spe
    -Earthquake
    -Dragon Dance
    -Roost
    -Dragon Claw

Dragon Claw is more accurate than Dragon Rush, and works off of Dragonite's higher Atk stat. Set up with a Dragon Dance or 3, heal any damage taken while setting up with Roost, then proceed to sweep with DClaw and EQ. You shouldn't have much trouble.

    For Houndoom:
    Nature: Modest/Mild/Rash
    EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 4 HP / 252 Spe
    -Flamethrower
    -Dark Pulse
    -Nasty Plot
    -Will-O-Wisp/Hidden Power [Grass]

The following works best for Houndoom. The three natures I listed work best for its Sp.Atk. Flamethrower and Dark Pulse are your attacks, Nasty Plot raises your already high sp.atk to higher levels, and you have a choice between Will-o-Wisp or Hidden Power Grass. HP Grass for type coverage if you catch one with the right IVs. Alternatively, Will-o-Wisp can help cripple the opponent's team giving you a chance for a sweep.

For a final note, I would also consider Thunderbolt on Raichu. Just because Thunderbolt is a powerful Electric attack that doesn't come with recoil damage like Volt Tackle. And how about Softboiled on Blissey instead of Protect? It'll be more useful and allow Blissey to live longer.
