Wow Dark! I really appreciate the extremely long and well-thought-out post. It really sums up alot of questions.
Now for my not-so-long but still-long-enough-to-be-spoiler'd response. :P

Though I like the city in a whole I can still see the Viridan concept in this town.

Yes, this is a problem I had with it too. The main problem is the outside parts. I didn't change them at all; all that I did was completely erase the city part and remake that. However, I do have a reason for this. I am waiting to see how the routes will be so that I can tell how to make it. So, the town will be fixed up more once the routes have been made.

The reason for putting those warps in the end and beginning of the route was to influence the size,tilesets and flow of the town itself.
Thus creating a better and original cities.

I really like this. it makes our game have a more original feel; instead of the entire map being one big sidescroll (except for houses, marts, etc.), it is a bunch of seperate maps joined by warps. It really puts emphasis on each individual map.

in MY opinion, I prefer Jinon. I think the team should all vote on what we want.

For the next city I had this in mind
A forest town.Lots of trees and grass.
This is because the town will have a gym in it that will use the type Bug. Good options for the forest will be the Safari Zone tilesets or Viridian forest tilesets.

I got currently problems with this pokemon to make a specific stats set and movepool that goes well with this pokemon
I do think that it could have some editing to make it less gardevoir like.

Yeah, I'm not too good with choosing movepools and stat sets. Can't help with that on :/

The Masaby line

Okay, I understand. I really like this line though. However, I do have a question- what will the evolution conditions be? I would assume that you would use a leaf stone for the grass evo, and the poison one to be the levelup evo. but its ultimately up to you!

Elephant eevee line

This is considered one of the lines that is giving me a headache
Due to the limitation that FR got.I cant have all the six evolutions.

Do you mean that you can't have six evolutions for a pokemon? If that is what you mean, I have another solution:
Instead of having the bug evolve to grass, you could remove one of the other evolutions, (ground/steel, for example) and make it where you bring the pokemon to a certain person/place for it to evolve. I know a script where you can change a pokemon's species, so it would be an "evolution" without actually putting it on the game's evolution line.

This is only discussable on the lvl when he will evolve into Mamemash.
Due to then fact that I had a concept for the dragon alter evolution.This will be through a item.(this is discussable on which item it will be)

I like it better with white and purple cause it contradicts the dark type this way

Next Point scripting/story/events
I think it would be best to let the opening stay at it is now.Cause of my lack of imagination for this part.
Suggestions for this are really appreciated.
Story for the first four maps
You are a ten year old boy that will get it very first starter pokemon
Your neighbour is your rival.(I think it would be best to stick with gary,also discussable)
You get your starter and it is your first battle.For now it sticks with the original line of FR.
Now to get the plot to start working.
You win/lose against your rival you leave the building and you see a group standing by the "Galamyth" cave(name is currently discussable)
You see them entering the cave and you go after them.but the passage is blocked by one of the grunts.Saying that only Unigend members can enter.
This was your first encounter with Team Unigend.Dont worry you will be able to enter the cave eventually.
Now to go to your first route.When you first enter the route you will see a trainer walking around.You try to talk him when you will eventually battle him.he will have a Fibboon as team.
This will be your second rival.When you beat him he will give you a Potion.
Before you leave the route you see a Plasmadile in the distance but when you try to walk to him he flees
This is what I currently have for the story.Opinions/Comments/Suggestions are welcome

That's a good idea for how to make Ivocub evolve into a certain Pokemon. Here's another idea:

We make Ivocub A that evolves into the Atk and Def pokemon, then Ivocub B that evolves into the Stone Pokemon.

What I currently had in mind for the Masaby line was or
High happinis in Boutiqueen and low happines in PoyPress
Bloveesh is just a tiny little problem I only need to do some research that is all.

The reason for the Mammosect into Woodant.This will encourage more people to get all the evo's of the elephant and also make it easier.

Ivocub A/B is a bad concept for the gameplay itself cause you wont be able to find out which Ivocub evolves into which elephant

I don't think the Ivocub's both need to be Ivocub. One could be Male and one Female, one Male and one Genderless etc.

FR didnt went further with the genders.Since Diamond genders played a role in appearance and could also play a role in evo's.In FR it isnt possible to do it.
Also you would get the same problem.You wouldnt know which evolve into who.

It's actually okay if you do it this way:

Make Ivocub M (Male). After that you decide wether it will have the stone evos, or the Atk and Def evos. Sort out the evolutions and then you're done with that one.

Now you make an Ivocub G (Genderless). When you do you take the evo group that the other one doesn't evolve into and you then you're done with this one.

It's as simple as that.

Like the whole Nidoran thing.
If we do that, I suggest Leaf, Bug, and Ice to be the Female and Ground, Fire, and Electric to be Male.
