Team help for a mini tourney with my freinds

Okay first off, I want to say my team building skills r super bad and I can't seem to put together a decent team to save my life, so I won't be posting any pokes.

For starters me and my freinds r doing a mini tourney that only allows evolve stage 2 pokes, so pokes like kingler and acranine r allowed, we have decided mega's r out and only lengend pokes r out and evee is allowed

Please help with suggestions

With legends do you mean all legends or only the Ubers like Mewtwo etc.?
