Team Help Needed

Hey guys,
I am new to this forum and just thought I would get you guy's opinion on my team so far in Pokemon White. Now I am no Pokemon expert so my team may be rubbish but it seem to work for me:

Blitzle: lvl 23

Pignite: lvl 32

Simisage: lvl 22

Timburr: lvl 23

Victini: lvl 26

Ducklett: lvl 23

I am just about to fight the 5th gym and need to now how to improve my team not only for the 5th gym but for the rest of the game (and yes I know quite a lot of them are low level for the 5th gym)

The type differences are good. The levels.. not so much. Find a good spot and take an hour or two to train them up to all around the same level and you'll be good to go mate. :D

You're way underleveled. I'm at the 5th gym and have level 35+ Pokemon. I suggest spending a good few days grinding until you're at least above level 30. (Try to evolve your starter and raise the rest of the team up there. My levels are in my thread here if you want an idea of what levels they I'm at.)

Also, I suggest replacing Simisage with Cottonee if you have Black or Petilil if you have White. (You can get Cottonee in White or Petilil in Black but they probably won't obey for a while.)

Blitzle might become a little underpowered near the end of the game but if you want it keep it.

I suppose I will just grind till they are all 32+ and pignite is 36-40+.
I will be replacing blitzle with galvantula soon and will replace the simisage for a petlil
