4th Gen Team Help (not WiFi)

Need some help with my team. At that moment, it isn't looking to good.
It is as follows:

Infernape Lv. 50
-Fire Spin
-Mach Punch
-Flamethrower
-Close Combat

Luxray lv. 47
-Swagger
-Crunch
-Thunder Fang
-Spark (>_<)

Scizor Lv. 47 (Sadly it has Swarm and not Technician :[)
-Bullet Punch
-X-Scissor
-Double Team
-Wing Attack

And then 2 slaves. My Bibareal, and Staravia.

I know I'm going to need a better team by the E4, so can someone give some reccomendations for moves and other Pokemon to add? Thanks!

I say get a Gabite in Victory Road and evolve it to Garchomp.

Yeah I had a Garchomp in my last game .. although I haxed him with Rare Candies in my Diamond.
