So im new to the world of diamond and pearl wonder what pokemone are most popular in certain positions


I knwo every team must have a physical sweeper a special attack guy what else?

Physical Sweeper: Dragonm Dance Gyarados

Special Attack: Genger and for suicide missions knocking out there best pokemin

Symptom Guy: someone to poison confuse, patalyse etc open to suggustions

Normal Pokemon: with 4 different types of moves, taking care of any weakness my other team members might not cover.... snorlax more suggustions

Fast Pokemon? Do i need a fast pokemon? suggustions

Battle Rock: Pokemon with vert high defense who can sit in and take punishment


I knwo there is a special formula for a good pokemon team but i see i forget it, and im also after suggustions of new pokemon that could fill some gaps in my proposed team where can i find base stats and a pokedex of informtation to start reading up on these enw types of pokemone


any help mcuh appreicated

Sweeper: Gyrados and othe suggustions
Hazer: Need suggustions for the best one in diamond and pearl
Defense: Pokemone to stall with high defense?
Special Defense: Pokemon to stall with high defense?
Suicide: Genger to knock out anything that may seem unbeatable

Need suggustiosn for the most popular or best pokemon to carrt out these jobs for me in diamond and pearl

Sigh...here are are roles that any good team should ALWAYS have:

Physical Wall (like steelix)

Special Wall (like blissey)

Sweeper (special or physical)

tank (special or physical)

The walls are a must, and most good teams use at least two sweepers, and possibly a tank. BPers, spinners, and SRers are other common roles. Heal Bellers are also impotant.

Also, many of your roles don't really exist, just so you know...
