So this is my team so far,it's still a working progress because I've been making some changes. Really just looking for ways to make it better, maybe switching some pokemon, particularly the fact that I have Magnezone and Skarmory, two Steel types. Maybe switching Dugtrio with Garchomp but I'll probably keep him for SkarmBliss. But I appreciate any advice you guys can offer.

Well thats my team, the number one thing I can think of is finding different items for my
four team members with it =\ I was also thinking about replacing one of Blisseys moves
with Toxic. Anyway give me any advice you have to offer, everything is appreciated.

I can't say much, I don't know much about EV training, but I can say to work to the Pokemon's advantage, but i think you're doing that as it is. Blissey should be a Wall, or a Sweeper, with full offensive or defensive move set, not somewhere in between. other than that, I don't know what else to say.

    ^ No.

Team seems a little too defensive, if you're going for stall you'd probably need to redo the whole thing. Replace Dugtrio with a more reliable sweeper, and maybe Dusknoir with an offensive Spiritomb.

Big Heracross and Lucario weakness. CBHeracross OHKOes 5/6ths of your team with Close Combat, the other being Dusknoir which is OHKOed by Night Slash.
Granted, Dugtrio would take care of CBHera but ScarfHera would be a greater threat, essentially only Dusknoir and Skarmory (to an extent) can work around it.

SDLucario with Crunch takes care of this whole team easily, it can setup on Blissey easily and proceed to demolish this team.

Gyarados weakness with no counters to it, Magnezone is OHKOed by Earthquake.

Mixape weakness, basically downing everything here with an NP down.

Also there is not enough offense, meaning you would have trouble taking down common walls like Cresselia.

This seems like a stall team so I would recommend you go with the stalling.

Firstly, I would drop Dugtrio. Dugtrio serves no purpose on this team other than to revenge-kill, and it is generally unsuited for stall given its fragility.
I would replace Dugtrio for a valuable Fighting resistance, namely Gliscor. I would recommend Taunt Gliscor or SD Gliscor, the latter running 116 HP/136 Attack/142 Def/116 Speed for Adamant Lucario, you could run 216 speed for Jolly Lucario.

Earthquake/Ice Fang/Roost, Taunt/Swords Dance in the last slot.

Hippowdon > Swampert, mainly because of the increased defense and Sandstorm, Electrics are sorta taken care of by Blissey anyway.

RestTalk CM Spiritomb > Dusknoir, you would not need the increased offense and WoW since your physical walls already cover what you need. CM also helps take down Cresselia.

Vaporeon > Magnezone, giving your team Wish and PHazing support, Gyarados and Mixape countering utility. Surf/HP Electric/Wish/Roar.

Maybe Forretress over Skarmory, for Rapid Spin support as well as boasting the same walling abilities as Skarmory. Hippowdon already takes care of Mamoswine.

    Ok I've been looking at some replacements, Aquilae the only problem I have with replacing Swampert with Hippodown is exactly that, sandstorm. As usefull as it may be if it's only going to be there to help two pokemon I'd rather not have it at all. As for Magenzone and Dugtrio they were never really a permanent kind of solution for those slots, I have always been thinking about replacing them. One of them probably with and SD Garchomp and look for a spot for Gliscor I suppose. Although I suppose if I was going to add a Gliscor and Garchomp (does not mean I am) replacing Swampert might be for the better =\ Anyway I'll decide on a final product and post it later, advice is still welcome and appreciated. Edit: Ok so far with the improvements this is how my team looks;

    Roar
    HP Electric

My main concern is for a physical sweeper. I've got a Garchomp to use but I'm still not sure. Magnezone and Dusk got replaced by Vaporeon and Spiritomb, and Dugtrio for Gliscor, Gliscor does lean towards physical sweeper but he's more of a wall than anything else in this case.
