4th Gen Team Help

I need a bit of help, well, more like I need some suggestions. I'm about to go through the pokemon leaguge in Platium and I have the worst luck with leveling up my pokemon and the fact that I seem to have bad choices of pokemon. Most of the time, I have a hard time with the pokemon leaguge but this time I think I did an okay job.

But!

I think I still need some imput on my team, I think its good but I think I need 6th pokemon to my team (right now I only have 5 and doing pretty good). So, any suggestions on my team or maybe a 6th pokemon to add to my team would be great!

My team: Espeon (Level 43), Gyarados (level 43), Togekiss (Level 43), Luxray (Level 44), and Infernape (Level 46)

your team isn't strong enough to battle the pokemon leage yet I would train all of them up to level 60.
you need a dark type like umbreon or Gengar

Gengar isn't a Dark type. It's a Ghost/Poison.

Either way, in-game teams do not require a rate. Simple pick your six favourites and level them sufficiently, and you will complete the game with ease.
