with rubbish stats so can someone suggest a pokemon complete with move set nature and item i have a lot of other pokemon games i should be able to get most pokemon via trading and palpark the reason im using training items as im training them up.

preferably water grass or ice as my team is a bit weak against ground types

I'll try to help as much as possible. My comments will be in BOLD.

First of all, a Modest, Mild, or Rash nature would work best, as Magmortar's a Special Attacker. Second, here's a slightly better moveset:
    -Flamethrower
    -Thunderbolt
    -Focus Blast/Sunny Day
    -Psychic/Solarbeam
You don't need 2 Fire moves, and Flamethrower is your most reliable. Thunderbolt hits your water weakness, and Focus Blast and Psychic provide better type coverage. Alternatively, you can go with a Sunny Day+Solarbeam combo, as Solarbeam doesn't need a turn to charge and with Sunny Day active. Sunny Day also powers up Flamethrower.

You've got a decent nature for a mixed attacker. Try the following moveset:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Ice Punch
    -Fire Punch
    -Focus Blast
The two Elemental Punches provide decent coverage with Thunderbolt and Focus Blast.

    rhyperior
    jolly
    power bracer
    solid rock
    earthquake
    hammer arm
    megahorn (surf for travelling)
    rock wrecker
Not a bad nature here either, although the following moveset would probably help better:
    -Earthquake
    -Thunderpunch
    -Stone Edge
    -Fire Punch
Earthquake and Stone Edge are your STAB attacks, and Fire Punch hits your 4x Grass weakness. Thunderpunch hits your Water Weakness.

I suggest a sp.atk-increasing nature. Modest, Mild, or Rash preferably. I also suggest the following moveset:
    -Thunder Wave
    -Aura Sphere
    -Air Slash
    -Roost
Aura Sphere and Air Slash are your best Special attacks, and Roost heals damage. Thunder Wave slows down opponents which could give you that edge.

    metagross
    power bracer
    brave
    clear body
    zen headbut
    hammer arm
    meteor mash
    psychic (any other suggestions?)
I suggest getting a nature that doesn't reduce your speed. I also suggest Earthquake in place of Psychic.
