Hi this is my first rmt (for my most successful team) I and LickehLickeh have devised this team that pounded up the smogon ladder to 48th around a month ago.

    Cloyster (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Skill Link
    EVs: 160 HP/252 Atk/96 SDef
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Ice Shard
    - Rock Blast
    - Rapid Spin
    - Spikes

The standard Anti lead/spiker set with the standard evs. Cloyster leads off my team by providing spikes support and a needed rapid spin utility. Ice shard and rock blast allow me to revenge kill and break subs/ attack ice resisters respectively. The evs are there to deal maximum damage with the two attacking moves plus take a stab pschic from lead alakazam.

    against common leads:
    Spoiler:

    Venusaur (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Overgrow
    EVs: 64 HP/164 Atk/184 Spd/96 SAtk
    Mild nature (+SAtk, -Def)
    - Sleep Powder
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Power Whip
    - Synthesis

Mix venasaur over clefable for coverage and toxic spikes.

    Mesprit @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP/164 Spd/92 SAtk
    Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Thunder Wave
    - Stealth Rock
    - Thunderbolt
    - Psychic

Mespits there for stealth rock support and with levitate it gets a nice free switch on earthquakes.

    Spiritomb (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP/140 Def/116 SDef
    Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Rest
    - Will-o-wisp
    - Taunt
    - Dark Pulse

Provides willowisp support and that needed immunity to normal and fighting attacks.

    Azumarill (M) @ Choice Band
    Ability: Huge Power
    EVs: 240 HP/252 Atk/16 Spd
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Aqua Jet
    - Return
    - Waterfall
    - Superpower

A choice band Azumarill to take out moltres and blaziken who would otherwise hurt my team. Thanks to shiny azelf for the suggestion.

    Alakazam (M) @ Choice Specs
    Ability: Synchronize
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
    Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Shadow Ball
    - Psychic
    - Focus Blast
    - Grass Knot

Milotic counter and late games sweeper.

This is like....the biggest Moltres/Blaziken weakness ive ever seen, goodness lol. Yeah sure you can revenge kill it but you lose a Pokemon in the process. Nothing can take Fire Blasts.

Id try and get rid of Zam, Celfable or Lee for a check. Bulky waters are you best bet, Azumarril makes a pretty good offensive check and works great with Spikes. Lee seems like it makes the most sense to replace.

Toxic Spikes are also horrible to this team, how about Mix Venu > Mix Clefable ?
