Okay generation 1 (red/blue/yellow) my friends and I are competing on the original games. I have my six picked and moves id like to teach them. if you see major weaknesses or moves I should exchange or anything please give input!

Mr. Mime (Confusion, Psychic, Thunderbolt, Submission)
    Starmie (Surf, Thunder, Psychic, Recover)
Arcanine (Fire blast, Flame Thrower, Dig, Take Down)
Raichu (Thunder, Thunderbolt, Seismic toss, Mega Kick)
    Nidoking (Blizzard, Earthquake, Thunderbolt, Surf)
Snorlax (Rest, Rock Slide, Solar Beam, Ice Beam)
    Thanks in advance!

one thing in my team i am debating is whether snorlax should know solar beam or hyper beam. hyper beam gets stab. (does stab exist in generation one?) but solar beam is super effective against water, ground, rock.

starmie should shange thunder to thunderbolt much better acuracy
you dont need surf twice so replace that with a fighting type move (double kick)
dont use either solar beam or hyperbeam as their to turn attacks other than tht their fine

Your one weakness I think is the fact that some of your pokemon would have 2 moves of the same type in your set. (Mr. Mime, Arcanine, Raichu)
Other than that, it looks like a good team.
