Ive started work on this team but note I won't change the pokemon in it as they are some of my favourites not necassarily strong. Also this is in-game, but I have access to ALL version EXCEPT XD. What I need are move sets I am open for swearing and harsh critisism so go feel free to be mean to me.

    Dragonite@???
    nature:Modest
    EV's spatt 252 speed 252
    thunderbolt
    dragon claw
    t-wave??
    flamethrower???

    Espeon@???
    nature:modest
    EV's spatt 252 speed 252
    psychic
    calm mind
    Sub
    HP [electric]

    Electabuzz@???
    nature:modest?
EVs? ( I dont know what its gonna be but since its in-game probably just another special sweeper.)
    thunder bolt
    sub
    focus punch
ice punch (got these moves suggested what do you think?)

    Houndoom@???
Dont know anything about this one so suggestions please.

I was pondering on one of the following: Arty,Lapras,Pert Anyone is cool
    Of course no idea

Blissey or fighting pokemon (NO 3RD GEN FIGHTING POKEMON!)
    No idea

As you can see i'm a little lost...Dragonite is made except his moveset Espeon is completely made. I have an elekid on lvl 5 modest nature....I have a houndour ready for breeding. The rest ive got or can get easily. I have arty and a pert i think. No chansey but i can get one....

    Dragonite@Leftovers
    nature:Lonely
    EVs: 204 Atk / 180 Spd / 124 SAtk

    Aerial Ace
    Earthquake
    Dragon Dance
    Thunder/Ice Beam

It looks like you'll have too many special sweepers in this team, so it will benefit you if Dragonite was a physical sweeper. The standard Dragon Dancing set is shown above.
Aerial Ace and Earthquake handle most of the Pokemon in the game, except for a few like Zapdos or Skarmory. For them, you can choose your final move to be Thunder. Though its inaccurate, it's actually preffered over Thunderbolt for the bigger damage and Dragonite has the defenses to survive a hit if it misses. Ice Beam is an alternative if you prefer consistency.

    Espeon@Leftovers
    nature:Calm
    EVs: 180 HP / 160 Spd / 16 SAtk / 152 SDef
    psychic
    calm mind
    Sub
    Baton Pass

This set is almost fine except HP Electric. There's really no point in something like Electric. Fire, yes because it handles Steels. Electric, not so much. And the fact that you're playing in-game means that your HP will most likely be weaker than the max 70 power.
Replace the last move with Baton Pass. This will be great for your other special sweepers when they get CM and Sub passed to them.
For EVs, never max Speed or Sp. Attack. Espeon is not Alakazam. It actually has defenses. Calm nature is preffered, Modest is okay though Espeon is not gonna be special sweeping too much with only one move.

    Electabuzz@???
    nature:Mild
    EVs: 112 Atk / 216 Spd / 182 SAtk

    thunder bolt
    sub
    focus punch
    ice punch

That's actually a great set for Electabuzz. It handles physical walls as well as special walls.

    Houndoom@Lum Berry
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/ 252 Sp. Atk/ 252 Sp. Def
    Flamethrower
    Crunch
    Pursuit
    Will-o-wisp

Normally, you would put in HP Grass instead of both Crunch and Pursuit, but since you shouldn't use HPs in-game, it's fine to put in both Crunch and Pursuit since they serve different purposes. Use Pursuit when you know your opponent will switch out, since you can usually except an instant KO. Crunch is for Pokemon that will stay in.

Your team has a major weakness to Water and Ice Pokemon, so a Lapras would be nice. Plus, Lapras is underrated:

    Lapras @Leftovers
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 188 HP / 124 Def / 196 SAtk
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt
    Confuse Ray/Sing

Make sure it gets the Water Absorb trait.

Blissey or fighting pokemon (NO 3RD GEN FIGHTING POKEMON!)
    No idea

A lot of special weaknesses in your team. I'd choose Blissey for a Pokemon that you can rely on.

    Blissey @Leftovers
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 200 HP / 252 Def / 56 SAtk
    Seismic Toss
    Ice Beam
    Aromatherapy
    Softboiled

Basic special wall. Feel free to stick Counter somewhere in there for that surprise element.

Uhhh yeah to do that i'd need to start with an new dragonite and espy and I dont exactly wanna....Everything else is ok..O and I cant get batton pass cos evee never learnt it. So any alternatives?

    Dragonite@Leftovers
    Nature:Modest
    EVs: 76 HP / 180 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Dragon Claw
    Fire Blast
    Thunder
    Thunder Wave

Special sweeping Dragonite isn't that effective, but it can still work with the FlameClaw combo. Thunder is there for Suicune and Milotic who will most likely come in to Ice Beam you. The last move is just a filler, Thunder Wave works fine.

For Espeon, you can just make its last move be Morning Sun. Same EVs can still apply.

I always thought that thrower and bolt were better as they were 100% accurate with only 25 less power...

    ~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

Those attacks would be better if Dragonite received STAB from them. But it doesn't and Dragonite's 100 base special attack is not enough to make it a pure special sweeper, so it needs all the power it can get.
