NO. Heatran, Cresselia, Manaphy, Jirachi, Shaymin, Celebi, are not Uber. And occasionally Mew is argued over it being Uber or not.

I don't like anyone using legends, uber or not because they had to have some reason to mkae it a legendary pokemon and it's not from being weak, I can tell you that much.

the Predictable movepools is why Jirachi, Shaymin, and Manaphy aren't uber while Celebi has horrible typing.

Umm, mew is better than smeargle due to how it's stats are even. Also jirachi has calm mind, along with celebi and the only thig that is horrible for jirschi to come across is equake.

have you been to Serebii.net lately? it lists EVERY Uber Pokemon and why the others aren't. you should already know that.
