Well, I use a combination of paint.NET and GIMP, but for beginners, it's really easy to use userbar generator. Google "userbar generator" for an online generator, or "userbar generator 2.2" for a downloadable generator.
 
I don't use those programs though! It's only if your a beginner duhh. But, by the way, how close is this to going in the progressing hacks section? Just wondering.
 
Yeah I'm very very sorry if you guys want to begin working on it already. I'm working hard to find a tile inserter. I'm going to check out some of the names that countryemo gave me
 
Wow, everyone is using my sig now! :\ Now you guys need a border, which I figured out! Hah! Beat that!
I could insert some tiles, I just need to see them first.
 
Lol Full Metal was the one that showed me how to make that CSS xD
And these are the tiles that we will be using (there are more but I'm still working on getting more) and yes i will give credit to those that have made these.

Oh, well I guess we still have CSS! and mine has borders. :P
Some of those buildings are just recolors of what's in there, so I won't do those. I'll do the beach, the water, that stuff. Maybe a few buildings.

Yeah some are the ones that are already in there, I just added them into the tileset.
