Except.......

You CANNOT use final evolutions (ex. you can use Metang, but not Metagross).

Hmm....I can only think of part of a team rigt now. Help me complete it, and feel free to post your own.

This should go in the Request a Team thread. But since I'm feeling nice, I'll give you a couple of candidates for the team: Haunter, Kadabra, Porygon2 and Magneton are all worthy of being on a team like this. And just for kicks, you could also try a Clamperl with Deepseatooth (which gives it the highest Special Attack in the game) or with Deepseascale if you want a special tank. (although its low HP doesn't help at all if you intend to use it for that. =\ )
