3rd Gen Team outline

    I'm making a team on Fire Red, and I need some help.

    This is based on a Rom Hack I'm making, so the Charizard has a little add-on.

    So far, I just have the team pokemon, no moves or anything, and the only hack in the team is Charizard's type.

    Charizard-Fire/Dragon
    Ampharos-Electric
    Kingler-Water
    Marowak-Ground
    Metagross-Steel/Psychic
    Heracross-Bug/Fighting

    Now, for the non-romhack team, it's the same, but Charizard is just fire type.

    Any suggestions, as far as movesets or ev's go?
     
    I'd say you have too many physical attackers, and your team is dreadfully slow... None of your Pokémon has over 100 base Speed...

    Anyway, since it's a ROM hack team, I don't really know why you need good movesets and EVs, since you won't actually be facing anyone outside of NPCs. But Charizard's strange typing makes Dragon Claw a lot more viable, so give him that. Just make sure you don't switch it into Earthquakes...
