Bronzong: Gyro Ball is preferred over Psychic because of Bronzong's poor Speed. Maxing out defenses and then putting the rest in HP isn't the right way to train defensive Pokemon. Bronzong's EV spread should be: 252 HP/84 Atk/92 Def/80 SDef. Give it Leftovers since it's bulky enough already.

I'd make Empoleon more defensive because it's too slow to sweep effectively unless it has Agility (which is an egg move):
-Surf
-Grass Knot
-Hidden Power (Electric)
-Ice Beam/Roar

EVs: 252 HP/252 SDef/4 Spe

Outrage isn't a good idea on Gyarados because it doesn't get STAB on it, and it gets confused after 2-3 turns. Stone Edge, Ice Fang or Bounce over that.

I honestly wouldn't use Snorlax because it isn't as good as it used to be (but it's still good). Swampert would be a good Curser:

-Earthquake
-Stone Edge/Avalanche
-Waterfall/Rest

Infernape needs some tweaking. A set like this would be better:
-Fire Blast/Flamethrower

Honestly, Nidoking isn't that good in OU, so Scizor is a good replacement:

And as a word of advice, don't use neutral natures because they don't benefit any stats.
