Hey all. New to the forums - just finished planning my post-game team, and would like you all to take a look at it, and spot weaknesses that could be corrected, etc. Also, I haven't decided on a couple of things, like 2 of the hold items - maybe you could help me with that as well.

I picked my team from the pokemon I really liked, and balancing it with what I thought were good statlines / movepools. I've gone mostly for an all out offensive, making an effort to cover all types with my moves, since "that's how I roll".
    So, here we go:

    Dusknoir @ Leftovers
    Pressure
    Impish Nature
252 EVs in Defense / HP
    - Ice Punch
    - Giga Impact
    - Rest
    - Confuse Ray

    Absol @ Razor Claw
    Super Luck
    Adamant Nature
252 EVs in Attack / Speed
    - Slash
    - Night Slash
    - Sucker Punch
    - Psycho Cut

    Charizard @ ???
    Blaze
    Modest Nature
    252 EVs in Sp.Att. / Speed
    - Air Slash
    - Flamethrower
    - Heat Wave
    - (Rest / Sunny Day ?) - Not sure...

    Garchomp @ Focus Sash / Band (? - What's the difference?)
    Sand Veil
    Jolly Nature
252 EVs in Attack / Speed
    - Iron Head
    - Dragon Claw
    - Dragon Rush
    - Earthquake

    Milotic @ Leftovers
    Marvel Scale
    Calm Nature
    252 EVs in Sp.Def. / Sp.Att.
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Mirror Coat
    - Recover (Would I be better off with rest?)

    Sceptile @ ???
    Overgrow
    Naughty Nature
    252 EVs in Speed / Sp.Att.
    - Giga Drain
    - Energy Ball
    - Focus Blast
    - Brick Break

There we go. Feedback would be much appreciated, and any changes at all you think I should make.

(I'd rather stay away from Ubers and Legendaries, if it comes up).

    Dusknoir @ Leftovers
    Pressure
    Impish Nature
252 EVs in Defense / HP
    - Ice Punch
    - Giga Impact
    - Rest
    - Confuse Ray

NOOOOO Giga impact! Never use that! XD

    Moves:
    Ice punch
    Pain split
    Destany bond
    Fire/thunder puch

    Milotic @ Leftovers
    Marvel Scale
    Calm Nature
    252 EVs in Sp.Def. / Sp.Att.
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Mirror Coat
    - Recover (Would I be better off with rest?)
You oculd make it a sleep talker.

    Surf
    Rest
    Ice beam
    Sleep talk

It has good sp. def, then with marvel scale, it will get the boost when you rest :)

No Giga Impact on Dusknoir. You're better off with Fire / Thunder Punch than Ice. It needs Pain Split because of its rather low HP base. If you want to use Rest, add Sleep Talk in there. Otherwise, try Will-O-Wisp over Rest.

For Absol, Stone Edge over Slash, at least it can hurt flyers that way. Rock Smash instead of Sucker Punch, as Absol will have nothing else to hurt Tyranitar.

Marvel Scale boosts Defense with a status ailment, right?

What's so bad about giga impact??

See, I was aiming for more type coverage with Ice punch, since I only have one other ice move. And, I was using slash with absol for the critical boost, since he will hopefully have critical hits all over the show with his ability / hold item..

Garchomp @ Focus Sash / Band (? - What's the difference?)Go with Life Orb IMO, but FYI Focus Sash leaves your Poke with 1HP when it is hit by a move that KOs him instantly while Focus Band has a chance of leaving your Poke with 1HP when it is hit by a KOing move
    Sand Veil
    Jolly Nature
252 EVs in Attack / Speed
    - Swords Dance
    - Dragon Claw
    - Substitute (Only use this if your Garchomps got 31 IVs in HP) / Stone Edge/Crunch
    - Earthquake

May not be the best suggestion, buy Im here to try and help

Made a few changes. There's also the Belly Drum or Swords Dance Charizard. I don't know the standard set-ups for those though, so others will need to assist you. Can't help with EV spreads either.

    Oh and

Sceptile @ Wide Lens / Wise Glasses
    Overgrow
    Timid/Modest Nature
    252 EVs in Speed / Sp.Att.
    - Giga Drain
    - Energy Ball

Something a friend of mine told me but Im not too sure.. =\

the only pokemon that is good with giga impact is slaking. Becase it gets STAB and it doesn't need to recharge, becuse it is to lazy to :P
Giga impact it rubbish. You hit them, they have a free turn to hit you with something that oculd just kill your pokemon. Not a good idea!

Right, right, good point. Never thought about that no STAB on that one either..

I don't prefer mixed Sceptile, so how about trying either Physical or Special?

    Sceptile @ Choice Specs
    Timid / Modest Nature
    EVs: 252 Sp.Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
    - Hidden Power Fire / Ice
    - Energy Ball / Leaf Storm
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Focus Blast

    or

    Sceptile @ Choice Band
    Jolly / Adamant Nature
    EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
    - Dragon Claw
    - Leaf Blade
    - Earthquake / Brick Break
    - ThunderPunch / Crunch

If you really want it to have a self-healing move, don't use Giga Drain, just make it a SubSeeder:

    Sceptile @ Leftovers
    Timid Nature
    EVs: 252 Spd / 60 HP / 196 Def
    - Substitute
    - Leech Seed
    - Hidden Power Fire
    - Energy Ball

    - Pain Split
    - Thunderpunch / Focus Punch
    - Will-o-Wisp
    - Shadow Sneak
Yeah, that other Dusknoir Moveset wasn't working. Sorry.

    Absol @ Choice Scarf
    Super Luck
    Jolly Nature
252 EVs in Attack / Speed
    - Stone Edge
    - Night Slash
    - X-Scissor
    - Psycho Cut
Un-STABbed Normal Attacks are as much crap as Weavile with Special based STAB Attacks.
And Also, Sucker Punch is a gambling move since you don't really know what the enemy will do, and just allowing a set-up without inflicting any damage.

    Charizard @ Choice Specs
    Blaze
    Timid Nature
    252 EVs in Sp.Att. / Speed
    - Air Slash
    - Fire Blast / Overheat
    - Dragon Pulse
    - Focus Blast
2 of the Same Typed STAB Attacks = No

    Garchomp @ Focus Sash / Band (? - What's the difference?)
(Focus Band sucks and relies on hax, that's the difference)

    Sand Veil
    Jolly Nature
252 EVs in Attack / Speed
    - Swords Dance
    - Dragon Claw
    - Fire Blast / Roar
    - Earthquake
What did we say about Double-Typed STAB Attacks?

    Milotic @ Leftovers
    Marvel Scale
    Calm Nature
    252 EVs in Sp.Def. / Sp.Att.
    - Surf
    - Hypnosis
    - Mirror Coat
    - Recover (Would I be better off with rest?) (Nonotrly)
Change those SAtk EVs and convert them to HP. Needs Defense too.

    Sceptile @ Leftovers
    Overgrow
    Timid Nature
    252 EVs in Speed / Sp.Att.
    - Leaf Storm
    - Hidden Power (Ice) / Dragon Pulse
    - Substitute
    - Leech Seed

This team begs for any random Dragon Dancer to come and attack it, and not to mention, you have no tanks of any sort.

Porygon-Z, and probably a few other Special Sweepers also have their jolly little parade.

Hmmm, yeah I read ya. Pretty defenseless in that respect with the Ice Beam gone...

You have a severe boltbeam weakness...pory Z and c. would have a funh time against this team...also, agiligross is begging to play too...you can't counter very much in OU...kinda a problem there...You are also heracross and Vire weak...meaning you need pokemon with better edefense (like a tank or two over some of those sweepers, like absol) and maybe bold on milotic I just realized...that's all I got for now, and giga impact fails unless slaking has it, simple.
