If you have hydro pump why do you have Hydro cannon.It will make your recharge when he use it which will waste a turn. and Nintales if it knows Overheat the 2 other fire moves wont have effect because overheat will lower the special atack.Try will o wsip and confuse ray.Blastoise try a ice type atack like ice beam.
