    That is the Team Rocket motto. As the organisations newest recruits you would be well advised to remember it.

    History

    Five years ago Team Rocket was the largest criminal organization in the world. The organization was raking the money from the Game Corner in Celadon, and the organization was known and feared throughout Kanto. Then Team Rocket was forced to disband after a boy named Red successfully drove the organization first out of Lavender tower, and then the Silph Company.

    Three years later, the first attempt at a Team Rocket revival occurred in Johto. However, the revival attempt lacked any real leadership. With attempts in Azalea Town and at the Lake of Rage once again foiled, this time by Gold, the Johto Rocket's made a desperate attempt to contact Giovanni by seizing control of the Radio Tower in Goldenrod. They were once again foiled by Gold, and Team Rocket was once again forced to disband... or that's how the story goes.

    However, Giovanni did receive the message. However by the time he had reached Johto, Gold had successfully taken back the Radio Tower. Seeing the support there still was for Team Rocket, Giovanni returned to Kanto and began to plot a revival.

    Over the past two years, Team Rocket has slowly been increasing in size and regaining some of their former power. Although starting small scale, schemes have recently been growing larger and more ambitions. Team Rocket is rebuilding its reputation, and is once again becoming feared throughout Kanto.

    You have recently been drafted into the Team Rocket development academy, and have successfully completed the training course. You are now waiting to receive your first pokémon and to start your career as a member of Team Rocket...

    Game Play

    You will start out as a lowly grunt... don't worry everyone has to. Prove yourself to be capable, and you will work your way up the Team Rocket hierarchy. At Team Rocket we appreciate excellence, so show us that and you will move up the ranks quickly.

    Ranks:
    Grunt - the starting point of every Rocket.
    In-training Field Agent - You and your partner will head out and complete basic missions.
    Field Agent - You will be assigned to an Admin, who will give you more dangerous and important missions.
    Agent - You will be given jobs by an executive. These jobs will be of the highest importance to Team Rocket's aims.
    Admin - You control your own small squad to help you achieve goals
    Executive - One of the Heads of Team Rocket

    Rules:
    - No godmodding.
    - As RP masters, me and goodies have the right to kick you out if you are inactive for 2 weeks
    - Obey basic PC rules and the rules of the Roleplay forum
    - There may be legendaries and shinies later on in this roleplay, but they cannot be caught... they must be handed over to TR to sell for profit... (see motto for further details)
    - If you make a big catch, and do better than expected of you... you might choose to keep one of the captured pokémon for yourself and hand the rest over... however, if you get caught the punishment will be severe...

    Name: Maximillion
    Age: 14
    Appearance: Max has messy sandy color. He always has a smile on his face usually, unless something drastic happens and it's bad. He wears a black T-shirt, black shorts, a black baseball cap, a pair of black fingerless gloves, and a black ski mask sometimes. He also wears black running shoes and a necklace with a black crown at the end. He has piercing blue eyes and a small scar that runs down his righ cheek which was given to him by a time that he was almost cpatured by a cop. He is about average height and weight for kids his age. His teeth are cleaner then one might expect from a street kid, but he has been able to steal a toothbrush and toothpaste from the local market.

    Personality: Max is very stealthy and mischeveous. He grew up stealing things to live nd has therefore developed the ability to be sleathy. He is always the jokster of the group and loves to make people laugh. He does mischeveous deeds to get attention, even if that means getting in trouble. He loves Pokemon and would do anything for them. He has no friends as nobody wants to be friends with someone who killed their only family and is considered a freak. Everyone considers Max a freak because he is able to be so sneaky...because of this Max really doesn't trust anyone and doesn't really know how to make a friend.


    History: Max grew up in Pallet Town, Kanto. When he was only four he stabbed both of his parents to death and killed his older brother...the weirdest thing is that he doesn't remember killing them. He woke up the next morning and found his parents in their bed dead and his brother lying on the floor dead.


    The next two or three years Max spent in juvy after being found guilty of killing his parents. He hated life there and one day escaped. He lived in a dark alley where nobody went down and lived there the rest of his life. He left only to get food and what not and slept in the alley.

    He survived by stealing food, and the other supplied he needed. IT was often hard to catch him in the act of stealing because he was so stealthy and he wore al black. Max doesn't know it was him who killed his parents and doesn't believe it was him either. He just believes everyone thinks it was him because he was the only living thing in the house when it happened.

    Why does your character want to join TR?: Max wants to join Team Rocket mainly because he wants to find out who killed his parents and he would never be accepted as a beginning trainer, but Team Rocket would take him in their organization because he had such great stealth, agility, and had the perfect history for them. His hatred towards whoever killed his parents makes him stronger. He also wants to join Team Rocket to hopefully make more friends with Pokemon if anything and to actually get the chance to be recognized in this appearence judged world. He hopes that someone will recognize him and hopefully appreciate his hard working...and he hopes that it will be Giovanni himself. Max also wants to prove that even a peasent kid from the streets can be high ranking in an organization and that anything can happen if you try to achieve it.

    Name: Dan Raven but prefers to be called Rave or Raven

    Age: 15

    Appearance: Rave stands at 5'7", has a somewhat small build and isn't very muscular. his skin is perfectly tanned that's a few shades lighter than normal sand. Rave has wild grayish whit hair that falls to about his shoulders, and intense green eyes that can scare those who anger him. As far a his clothing he wears typical semi baggy black jeans with a chain that runs from his front belt loop to the back right pocket. To match this he wears a yellow t-shirt under his always open black zip-up hoodie. Rave's running shoes are dark gray and have black laces that have three loops as opposed to two when tied. Rave's accessory of choice is his dark gray headband that carries the kanji for fire in the center.

    Personality: Dan Raven is a pretty complicated individual. For the most part he is a very intelligent, rational and laid back person. He tries to not let many things get to him by giving everything some type of reason in his head. This causes him to be able to deduce outcomes of situations pretty accurately based on the information given. this also makes him a formidable foe in battle. Though Raven is very good at evaluating he often makes troublesome choices with hopes for a good outcome. however as far as friends go Rave is always good to have by your side. He proves to be a good friend as he genuinely cares about people especially those close to him, protecting them any way he knows how. This attribute is however also his fetal flaw. When phis loved ones are put into a bad problem Rave will often loose his cool and act irrationally which never usually ends well.

    History: Dan grew up in Celadon city with both his parents and his older sister Krissie. Both of Dan's parents worked very hard at their respective jobs. His father was assistant manager at the department store and his mother worked as a nurse in the pokemon center. Krissie spent most of her time wondering around the city with her friends who were never the most moral bunch of kids. One day upon returning home Raven walked into what would be one of the most traumatic situations he would ever encountered. It was his sister with her friends standing over their blood drenched father. It took a while to register but his sister was holding a gun and preceded to leave the house. Shocked and afraid Rave ran to his room and hid there until his mothers return. After the incident however his sister never once returned home again. A few years later after taking to his mother Dan decided to go out and find his sister and bring her home by any means necessary. With that Dan started his adventure in the world of pokemon.

    Why does your character want to join TR?: Raven wants to join Team Rocket for one main reason, to find his sister. he feels joining the organization though problematic will provide him with what he needs to find her. Not only that but he finds it the easiest way to travel as most things he does are paid for by the team. Team rocket does go against almost all of his moral beliefs but it is the most convenient way to achieve his goals. other than that he has received a few leads hinting at his sister in relation to Team Rocket. With this in mind he chooses to push his feelings aside and move forward to keep his promise to his mother.

    Starter: Zubat

    RP sample: It was a sunny day, typically weather for that of Celadon City. Raven was walking home from the Pokemon Center after helping his mother and the other nurses with attending to the sick pokemon. Raven had been looking forward to getting home because this was the day he and he father normally went biking on Cycling Road. Increasing his pace a little Dan sped home the sun glistening against his face. As Rave's house appeared in the distance he noticed an odd car parked in front of his house. It didn't cross his mind that anything weird was occurring and continued at his pace to his house. Walking up the driveway Dan noticed felt akward, not scared but worried for some reason. Pushing the door open Dan peered into the dark house unsure of what to expect." Dad! Where are you?" shouted the child into the usually bright and warm house. After passing through the living room Dan heard some voices coming from his parent's room. He ran over quickly knocking over a vase from its pedestal in the hall. When he reached the room Raven froze at the image. It was his sister and two of her friends standing over his father. The dad's face was pale and lifeless. His black silk suit covered in his dark red blood. Finally noticing his presence his sister turned around and looked at him. He would never forget this stare. He eyes pierced through his heart making him feel every bit of resentment she had toward him. Without a word she preceded to leave the house. It was then that Dan noticed the gun in her right hand. He tried to speak, to let one solitary word escape from his mouth, but nothing happened. She was gone and with her a part of Raven's life he can never again get back.

    Appearance:
    Hiro sports crimson red hair with two huge bangs that flow in front of his, respectively, crimson red eyes. He has small, but pointy ears, with a silver earring in his right one. He has a plain black turtleneck sweater, and black jeans with a black, studded, belt to match. He has plain black shoes. I guess you could call them dress shoes. He also sports a red scarf that he wears around his neck (duh).

    Personality:
    Hiro is the silent time, per se. He thinks nearly all the time, and he thinks all situations through to the core. He struggles with making his decisions over the simplest things. He is very full of himself, and thinks that he makes a good leader; but a minor set back, or a lack of trust towards him may result in a sudden lack of self-esteem within himself.

    History:
    Born and raised in the city of Goldenrod, Johto, Hiro looked up to trainers such as Gold, and Red, but most of all, Silver. He looked up to Silver because of his powerful pokemon. When he was ten years old he obtained his first pokemon, a baby Larvitar, from an ominous man. Later a wild Tyranitar attacked the city, and attacked my home. The Larvitar I was given was still wild... Ever since then I have never seen pokemon the same. Ever since that I have been looking into this crime sydicate involving pokemon called "Team Rocket"... let's just say it caught my interest.


    Why does your character want to join TR?:
    Easy if you read the history above. Due to an attack from a wild Tyranitar, caused by the stealing of an infant Larvitar, which made Hiro the prime target, he now has a different look at pokemon. He has never seen them the same way, and consequently, he has been looking for a way to use pokemon, in order to harm them, somehow... almost as if looking for both closure, and revenge.

    Hiro was looking through an ominous street; one which has been avoided by several people within the city purposely due to many reports of gang violence, and drug actions. He was looking for Team Rocket. He was interested in joining this organization.

    "Pokemon... such foolish behemoths. Hiro said, scoffing at the sight of a hooded man standing over his Sneasle, which was vehemently sharpening it's claws.

    "You lookin' 'fer trouble, guy?" The man with the hood said, glaring at Hiro. I think he sported a grin.

    "Only if you got it... man." Hiro said, turning towards him.

    "Sneasel, cut 'em up." The hooded man said, starting to walk off, leaving Sneasel to finish his work. Hiro shifted, and let off a kick straight up, sending Sneasel flying into the window of a random building. The Sneasel jumped right back, seemingly unphased, and Hiro was gone. Hiro looked down at the scene, chuckling under his breath, as the Sneasel looked around for him.

    "Pokemon are such idiotic creatures... no wonder they're so easy to control." Hiro said as he too turned his back and walked away from the scene as well.
