    first off where do team rocket get all their monry to buy the machines and if they stopped trying to catch pikachu and trained a bit their pokemon would be stronger and wouldn't get beaten all the time.
     
    Threwout the show they mention how they get their money1. they had part time jobs(James did constuction work-I think meowth was working construction too-,Jessie was a cashier at a food place)2.they get money from Geovani(sp?)(during the Johto episodes they mention them being in debt and they were supposed to give him the money back when the delibird came to collect it):)

    That's how the anime works. They constantly show up in expensive mechas that came out of nowhere, but we're not supposed to care where they came from.

    As for training, they could do that, but they choose not to.
     
    I think that's just Jessie and James for you. :P They aren't really that bright when it comes to thinking straight. :P

    But if they did train their Pokemon enough, Jessie could kick butt with a Seviper/Dustox combo, and maybe James could get a Cacturne. :o
     
    Oh yeah but giovani must have alot of money and why do all james's pokemon dislike him like victorybell ate him and cacnea hugs him well i guess cacnea does like james if s/he hugs him.

    Of course Giovanni has a lot of money. @_@; He's a gym leader and commander of Team Rocket. One of the most powerful thievery organization!
    Victreeebell prolly ate James for reason that ieven though James caught it, he never actually evolved it. Either that or James is an inexperienced trainer since he doesn't have any badges... -_-;
     
    Well they do jobs,they steal,and they give the bill to their boss.
     
    yes I know there would be more rockets but all you see is james jessie and meowth and they always lose because have you ever once see them win a fight or successfully steal a pokemon and get it back to giovanni.
     
    I think I saw Jessie win a fight in the Pokemon Princess Festival episode. ^.~ I miss that eppy. Misty was so cute. o.o;;;

    You only see JJ&M only because they're the main characters. -__-;; Only on rare occasions have we seen the full Team Rocket. o.o;;;
     
    Team Rocket always said why they will always try to catch Pikachu on the 3rd epsoide of pokemon.They did take Misty togepi once and brought it to Gioivanni.But it escaped.It's rare to see them win.
     
    Theres no point trying to understand a cartoon :P It was made for kids who wouldn't think of stuff like that.

    As shown in one of the Johto episodes, they get their money sometimes from Sakaki. When he refuses to raise their pay or transfer money to them, they do whatever odd-job they can find and do.
