    Cheesy title, but it gives you an idea of what will happen... sort of. Team Rocket has a plan, involving the Legendary Pokemon. But a handful of Trainers have already caught those Pokemon. You are those trainers.

    Rules:
    No powerplaying (you should know that already)
    No killing anyone, except for Rocket members (I control Giovanni, though)
    Use only real Pokemon (no Missingno, or whatever it is)
    Don't insult anyone

    Personality: Dark, mysterious, and quiet, yet very determined. Is willing to do anything but harm herself or her Pokemon to reach her goal.
    EDIT: Special Powers: Her eyes change colors to match her emotions. Bad things happen when her eyes turn a deep red... She can also create force fields.
