If it is an RPG Maker Game, why have a HACKING team thread, when it is Game Development?

Well, OK. Seeing as it isn't a hack anymore, well... OK. Do you think you should still have a Hack team thread (which it is, theking6, as it is Game Development if using RPG Maker XP, read up on knowledge)?
 
Yea... sorry bout that. I have a friend who used rpg maker to edit maps. And how do I get the file?
