    This is TEAM Shadow. I made this group to hack pokemon games. There are 2 things that you will not see in any of these hacks that we make:

    Mixing of other games into pokemon: Not saying its bad, I just don't like it.

    This is the application form you use if you want to join our group. If you don't have any proof of work, thats okay. It would be better if you do.

    Projects:

    We are currently making a hack of Fire Red version. The name will be Pokemon Mist.

    Next:
    Pokemon Shadows (no info will be announced yet)
    Plot:
    Setting: Jhoto region

    Character Bio: Age: 14 Different Sprite: Yes

    Plot: Starts just like the normal fire red. But when you go downstairs, its your birthday. You get a few presents and then your mom gives you a letter. You open it, and it is from a pokemon researcher asking you to come in so they can use you in their studies. You walk over to the next city to see the researchers and they give you pokemon, espeon and umbreon. They tell you you can keep them and then they give you a pokedex, 4 pokeballs, a town map, and some more things that i have yet to think of... Also, over the period of the game they will give you things like pokeflute and itemfinder in the new mail system. More will be added but now I am still thinking of ideas.

    More will not be revealed cause I want to keep them secret for now :)

    Okay, I can't have access to Kanto. It will be easier that way. But the game will be full of surprises.

    Darn, I am having a lot of bugs in my game so far, I have to release the demo later than expected. Also without a sripter, I have to learn myself. I also have to learn Hex Editing, Sprite editing, and back sprite editing... This ones going to be tough...

    I can help you with the mapping. I also need to learn more about scripts and hex editing, but I'm decent with editing sprites.
     
    Okay, I can handle things for now. As I told you in the PM I will tell you when I need you and my main concern is Scripting.

    Hey I just came up with a new hack to fix my problem. I will work on it at home and I will work on Mist at my beach house. Keep checking for a new thread by me about it. (Not that anyone reads this thread to see me telling you to.)

    Okay, I think this is what I am going to have:

    2 beta testers: 1 for the main and another for backup

    1 Scripter: I cant learn scripting so I need someone else to join. They wuld have to know how to script, hex edit, and text edit.

    No other mappers. If I said yes to you for being a mapper, I am sorry, but you are not needed. I am going to be the only mapper because I need to be able to keep track of what I am doing.
