Except the 2nd and 3rd Form of the Water starter are also Electric.

i made them even to be balanced, the fire defenses are a bit up because it was too weak compared to others, now its better (lowered the speed from 64 and the attacks from 56 to 62 and 55 respectively to pump +2 in both defenses.)
