Could you please put your team in this format?

    Pokemon @ Item
    Ability
    Nature
    EVs Gained
    - Move 1
    - Move 2
    - Move 3
    - Move 4

Its so much easier to read this way.

From what I can see so far, your team is too sweeper oriented with Forretress being your only wall. If you don't mind to tweak with your lineup a little.

I really hate Gardevoir as a sweeping pokemon. They're meant to be semi-sweeperseeing their Special Defense, they can wall really good. So I'd like to see a Calm Mind or Will-o-Wisp in there. And please, take out Psychic. It has horrible coverage.

On Forretress, I'd highly recommend using Spikes over Toxic Spikes. Blissey or Celebi can easily Heal Bell / Aromatherapy the field and make Toxic Spikes almost useless.

Garchomp can pretty much do everything Flygon can and better. Garchomp has a higher Speed stat (I believe) and would strike first more. Plus it gains access to Swords Dance, which in general provides a higher boost than Choice Band will.

I haven't got much time, so this is all I will say for now. But I must point out to you that this team is most indefintely Heraweak.

Ok.. Shell Bell << Lefties. What are you afraid of? this can take almost any lead.

    Flygon @Choice Band
    Levitate
    Jolly Nature
Effort Values: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
Dragon Claw, Stone Edge, Crunch, U-Turn

    Aha.

    Heatran @ Choice Scarf
    Flash Fire
    Modest Nature
Effort Values: 252 Special Attack, 236 Speed, 20 HP
Fire Blast, Earth Power, Explosion, HP Ice/Dragon Pulse

Never Was a Heatran knowing person lol, but I supose..

    Forrteress @Leftovers
    Sturdy
    Relaxed Nature
Effort Values: 252 Defense, 252 HP, 6 Attack
Rapid Spin, Spikes, Gyro Ball, Explosion

Go with Spikes. Also Realxed for Maximum Gro Ball power.

    Gardevoir @
    Modest Nature
    Synchronize
Effort Values: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 6 HP
    Thunderbolt, Energy Ball, Psychic, Hypnosis

    Gardevoir @ Zoom Lense
    Sychronize
    252 HP / 48 SpA / 176 SpD / 32 Spe
    Hypnosis
    Thunder Wave
    Psychic
    Focus Blast

I always loved Gardevoir ,especial with the two stat problem inflicting tactic lol. You simply hypnosis, then thunder wave or will-o-wisp as they switch. it's a helpful tactic but Clerics block it.

    Ursaring (please reccomend all info!!)
Can't help you with this one either, sorry -_-"

Other than Flygon, I'd watch out from that deadly SD Lucario, it can really hurt this.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Zoom Lense a hax item?

    Gardevoir @ Leftovers
    Trait: Synchronize
    Nature: Modest / Calm
    EVs: 172 SAttack / 252 SDefense / 84 Defense
    - Will-o-Wisp
    - Calm Mind
    - Thunderbolt
    - Hidden Power [ICE]

Provides a MockBoltBeam combination. Calm Mind will boost the Special Attack and Special Defense stats of Gardevoir, letting it have a good base to withstand Special Sweepers. Will-o-Wisp halves the opponents Attack, which really helps with defense purposes. This lets it take minimal damage to both physical and special attacks. Plus, Calm Mind will boost the power of a MockBoltBeam combination - allowing Gardevoir to hit most types AND get a good damage out of it.

No, it just increases the accuracy I believe.

you know I've been dying to make my lecture on hax items but I'll wait for an even better opportunity.

Honestly CM Gardy just gets worn out really quickly. Also boltbeam is quite overrated IMO.

But Outlawed, while I agree Shed Shell isn't the best item on Empoleon is does have its uses. It is one of those unlucky pokemno that will fall to both Dugtrio and Magnezone pretty quickly. Being able to escape is oh so nice.
