    I made I new NB team and I need your opinion and critique to tell me where I need to improve my team in.

    NB UserName- Pyschic Skeith

    Deoxys-F @ (No Item)
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 210 HP / 4 Spd / 198 SAtk / 98 SDef
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Psychic
    - Psycho Boost
    - Recover

    Mewtwo @ Scope Lens
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 190 HP / 227 SAtk / 93 SDef
    Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
    - Calm Mind
    - Metronome
    - Psychic
    - Shadow Ball

    Jirachi @ (No Item)
    Trait: Serene Grace
    EVs: 99 HP / 88 Spd / 119 SAtk / 204 SDef
    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind

    hmm..... I see.....
    I should increase the speed a bit too...
    What better moves should I give Alakazam?
     
    For Alakazam. I like.
    EVs: 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed / 6 Whatever
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Ice Punch
    - Psychic
    - Thunder Punch or Fire Punch

    Counter won't do much, Alakazam doesn't live very long, but has special attack enough to do amazing damage.

    My opinion anyway.
     
    Alakazam is actually a rather simple Pokemon to build in NB...

    Standard Zam:

    Alakazam @ Leftovers/Lum Berry
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spd
    Modest Nature (+Satk, -Atk) or Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    -Psychic
    -Fire Punch
    -Thunderpunch/HP Grass
    -Ice Punch

    HP Grass if you have troubles with Tyranitars or Swamperts. There are other sets for Zam, but this one is the easiest to use effectively.

    With your Celebi, it looks like you want to do a Calm Mind set.

    Celebi @ Leftovers
    EVs: N/A (Don't have access to NB at the moment)
    Nature: Modest or Bold
    -Calm Mind
    -Psychic
    -HP Grass
    -Leech Seed/Recover

    This thing will last a while if you have the right EV set up.
     
    check the site Torkoal linked to, which happens to be the link in my sig. Smogon is a good site for pokemon movesets.

    1/10. the numbers you provided don't go low enough.
     
    Good grief. Yeah, seriously. I'd prefer some negative numbers if you don't mind. :P Anyway, that team's basically asking for someone to flame it. You shouldn't be mixing UUs and Ubers (as was said above) unless you want everyone to turn your challenges down.
     
    Counter on zam is lol, metronome sucks, accientpower sucks too, put items in your pokemons, and don't use lax incense, 1/10 :/

    Excuse me but did you just call Umby a noob? If you did, then you will die. It's that simple.

    Anyway, this team blows. For the love of god, remove deoxys and mewtwo. Give every poke some flipping items. If you use Calm Mind, then give the pokes more then one special attack. Plus, it's a mono psychic team! No no no no no no no!

    Pyro's school is a good good thing.

    First off, Umby >> J00.

    Second off, I laugh at your sig. Milo is about as OU of a Bulky Water as you can get. Check the lists.
