I would try a different moveset on that Milotic, or atleast ditch Rest. Once you use it, you give them 2 turns to pull off something. Most likely you try and shove Blissey in the way to wake it up, but out come a Blaziken with Substitute to beat up your team... The only thing I see having a chance at staying alive would probably be your Milotic.

Gardevoir: HP Fire over Ice, EVs: 176 HP / 154 Def / 180 Sp. Attack

Milotic: Replaced Rest with Recover. Supposedly Rest makes it into a mini-Suicune, but I haven't managed to achieve those results.

Oh and Hariyama says "what up" to Blaziken.
