Depending on which version u are using depends on how u get the Pokemon above e.g Gengar for ruby, u must trade it from either FR or LG version :D

HP on zam= Big no-no, Husk. Even if its a special HP, its still a normal attack. Ghost/Phychic team will get owned by crunch, but....

    Genagar@Petya

    ~D-Bond
    ~T-Bolt
    ~I-Punch
    ~Phychic

I use this on NB, its fun to use :P

    Zam@Petya

    ~Calm Mind/Recover
    ~Phychic
    ~Fire punch/Ice punch/Thunder Punch
    ~Fire punch/Ice punch/Thunder Punch

    Standered

    'Clops@Lefties

    ~WoW
    ~Night Shade
    ~Pain Spit/Rest
    ~Shadow Ball

I use this one, but Husks is good nonetheless.

    Starmie@Petya

    ~T-Bolt
    ~I-Beam
    ~Phychic/Toxic

What? HP Grass cover swampert and other waters

HP Grass/Water also give Zam a chance at beating Tar if it's been weakened.

You are totally mistaken. Hidden Power [special type] acts just like a special attack (as far as damage calculation) except for the fact that it can be countered but not mirror coated.
