Teen suing tattoo artist for £8,500

Since when does a physical appearance decide who's in the wrong?
Oh never i was just making a joke i mean he really seems to like covering his face with tatoo's. (i'm on the artists side believe me) but it just looks more suspicious than if a tatooist with no facial tatoos were to have done it is all^^

Apperantly she used eyeliner to sketch out the stars to see how it looks, then told the tattooist to only actually tattoo the 3 next to her eye.

Then she fell asleep and the tattooist tattoo'd all of them.

Either one of them is lying, or they're both idiots.

She said that he spoke in 'fractured English' but he's quoted as saying "But be that as it may, Kimberley is unhappy and it is not my wish to have an unsatisfied client". Tat doesn't look very fractured to me D: And its pretty complex English, if you think about it.

Sometimes it does happen though. I read about a case where girl wanted "No Regrets" tattooed with a red nautical star (how original, -_-) on the back of her ankle while vacation in Las Vegas. When she got back home in Virginia, she realized that something wasn't right. Turns how that the tattoo artist couldn't spelled and ended up tattooing "regerts."

really? usually the tattoo artist draws a stencil or something on the person and asks them if that is what they want. But its possible both the client and the artist are dyslexic. And why did it take her so long to realize the mistake? Don't people usually show off the tattoo after getting it?

You keep tattoos for the rest of your entire life. I will maybe get one, but small and on a place where you can hide, like ankles. Stars are something that nearly everyone has today, like musicnotes and that stuff. I think its soo...boring. People should think about that stuff. I would chose something special, drawn by me and witha special meaning.

Also, that guy really needs to go and check his ears...56 stars...he could imagine that that girl wouldn't want that. Idiot.

EDIT:

"A witness, a woman who was present, has already been questioned by police, and she confirms it.

...oh.

I'm with the tattoo artist. Fall asleep while a needle is stabbing your FACE?
Either she's Supergirl, or she's lying. You know the logical answer.

Wow... I can understand suing for like...other things that have to do with tattoos...but this!?

I just think she is lying or something like that and having face tattoos...bad idea.

I'm with no one. I bet this girl and that guy are working together just so he can get publicity.
Seriously though wow. 56 stars and he took that for 3? Complete bull. If you go to a person you spoke to in a language which he understands little of you take your hands and point it out. 3 not 5 not 4 not 56 just 3 simple fingers. Total ass move to be suing when a witness was there.

She's probably emo seeing as how needles are her lullaby.

I'm siding with the tattoo-er ... I'm pretty sure most 5 year olds know the difference between 56 and 3. :/

I highly doubt she could be asleep through that, and since she most likely wasn't, I'm sure she'd know the difference between getting 3 and 56. *sigh* I don't see why anyone would want a tattoo on their face anyways.: /

Dyslexia pertains to written languages. There's no 'dyslexia for pictures'.
