Teen Titans Meet Angel (FanFic)

    [NOTE] This is a FanFic about the Teen Titans and when they met Angel. Angel is a character I use in many of my Role Plays because she is the first really good character that I have ever created. I first made up Angel for this FanFic, and eventually when I decided to join Pokecommunity I decided she would be a cool character to use.
    This FanFic is not fully completed, so I will be adding one chapter every other day. So far it has about 10 chapters.
    I will start off now with the first chapter.

    Chapter 1

    ?Teen Titans, go!? Robin led his four fellow Titans into battle against Jinx, a former enemy of theirs whom they thought they had defeated long ago. Starfire, the tall red-haired star-bolt throwing girl, Cyborg, the half robot, half human, Raven, the dark and Gothic-like telekinetic, and Beast Boy, the green shape-shifter, all followed in his lead.
    ?You Titans can t defeat me, it ll end up just like last time,? Jinx taunted them.
    ??Scuse me, but I think last time we totally kicked your butt!? Beast Boy yelled, feeling brave that night.
    ?You?d be right there, kid, but now I don?t have those two bumbling idiots to deal with. I?m stronger. And you, you must be weaker. It seems five won?t be enough to defeat me.?
    ?You?re wrong!? Cyborg said. ?It?s four more than we need!?
    ?And we ll prove it!? Raven yelled, swooping in and using her dark powers to send a car crashing into Jinx, who was thrown against a wall.
    ?You?ll pay for that!? Jinx screeched, shooting her purple energy shots at Raven.
    Starfire flew in and shot her starbolts at Jinx. ?And you will pay for what you have done to my friends!? she yelled and shot her energy bolts from her eyes at Jinx next.
    ?I think it?s time to use this!? Jinx said, holding up what looked like a red sphere.
    Robin noticed what it was. ?Titans, that?s the priceless artifact she stole! Get it back!? He threw a few of his ice disks at her, but all missed.
    Then, out of nowhere, Cyborg shot Jinx with his right arm cannon, knocking the red sphere out of her hand.
    ?I?ll get it!? Beast Boy cried and turned into a hawk just in time to catch it without letting it fall to the ground.
    ?I don?t think so!? came an unfamiliar voice from somewhere.
    ?What do you mean?? Beast Boy cried back.
    ?That Orb belongs to no one! It belongs back on Thear!? And after she said that a girl came out of the bushes and kicked Beast Boy with feet that seemed to be on fire. What more, they had steel spikes coming out of them, and it knocked Beast Boy to the ground and the sphere out of his hand. Beast Boy looked up and standing in front of him was a girl that seemed about his age. She seemed like a normal girl, except for a few features. She had bat-like wings on her back, devilish horns sticking out from her black bandana on the top of her head, and a devil tail on her backside. She wore tight fitting clothes, and every time she moved the flames on her shirt and pants seemed to move like an actual fire had started on her clothes. She also had black gloves and brown hair that was tied in a pony-tail underneath her bandana. And what more, she was hot! ?You give that back and I won?t have to hurt you!? the girl said, and unexplainably lit her hands on fire without a match or any source of fire that Beast Boy could see.
    As the girl said that Beast Boy saw Jinx getting ready to shoot her energy waves at the girl. ?Uh, look out,? Beast Boy tried to tell her, but the girl just stared at him strangely. ?Hey, look out!? he yelled, and knocked her over just in time, Jinx?s energy waves went right over them. Beast Boy found himself on top of the girl, starring down into her blue eyes.
     
    It seems like it'll be a good enough story. I have a suggestion, though. Integrate your descriptions into story sentences a bit more. Devote fewer sentences solely to description and add in a few words that'll develop story in those descriptive sections. It'll make your style a whole lot better.
     
    that was pretty good!^^ but i have some tips.

    your doing well with description, just add in a bit more, like where they were at the time and what time of day. ya know, stuff like that.

    whenever people talk, do something like this:

    Hey guys, sorry I didn't get the next chapter in yesterday, my computer wouldn't let me on. And just to warn you, I'm at skool which is probably the only reason I can get on, so I may not be able to get on tonight. But I promise to get the next chapter as soon as I can.
     
    HALLELUJAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, here's the next chapter:

    Chapter 2
    So many enemies. So many I have faced, and so many yet to be faced. And so little time to face them all. But what I do not yet know is that possibly my greatest enemy is closer than I could ever imagine.

    Angel didn?t know what was going on. First minute she was telling some strange teenagers off for stealing the precious Red Fire Orb, the next she was down on the ground starring up into a green boys greener eyes. For awhile they sat like that, starring at each other, until Angel finally came to her senses and threw the boy off her.

    ?Get away, you freak!? she said, feeling a bit offended. She saw the Red Fire Orb lying on the ground beside her, and picked it up and let her tail hold it while she turned back to the 5 or 6 kids who were trying to steal it. ?You guys should be ashamed of yourselves, stealing this Great Orb of Power. Do you know the kind of power it holds??

    ?Uh, actually, no, we don t,? a boy with black hair and a cape answered.

    ?But I do,? a girl with purple hair that had been pulled up and a black outfit said, and in one quick movement she had snatched the Orb from Aurora and said, ?Slade will like this very much!? And with that she was gone in a flash of purple light.

    Angel moaned. ?She got away, and she got the Red Orb!? She went to run after the Orb but was caught by the boy with black hair and a mask.

    ?First, I would like to know who you are, and why Jinx wanted that thing she stole.?

    Angel sighed and turned around. ?I?m Angel of Thear. And what she was stealing is none of your business!?

    ?Yes it is!? a green boy answered. ?We?re the good guys! And we were trying to get that thing back from Jinx!?


    ?Jinx, is that her name? Well, while we?re at it who are all of you??

    ?I?m Robin,? said the boy with black hair and a mask.

    ?I am Starfire,? said a girl with orange hair and a purple outfit.

    ?I?m Cyborg.?

    ?Raven.?

    ?And I?m Beast Boy, the cute, funny, loveable-?

    ?I think she gets it,? Cyborg said.

    Angel had to laugh at this silly little boy.

    Raven said, ?I?m willing to bet Jinx?s working for Slade again.?

    Angel?s heart almost stopped. ?S-Slade? You know Slade??

    ?Yeah,? Robin answered. ?Why, do you??

    ?Well, you could say that.?

    ?Hey, maybe you can help us get that red spherey-thingy back!? Beast Boy piped up.

    ?Ok, you can help me get the Red Fire Orb back.?

    ?Perhaps our new friend can be of assistance,? Starfire said. ?Can she please come with us Robin??

    ?I don?t see why not,? Robin said. ?Of course you can come along, just don t cause too much trouble.?

    ?I promise I won?t!? Angel said, happy to be able to help the Teen Titans. ?I even know where to look, sort of.?

    ?How is that?? Cyborg asked.

    ?I can control fires, and create them, but I also can track them. That Orb is one of the Three Fire Orbs, the Red Fire Orb, so I should be able to find it, sort of like how a metal detector finds metal in the ground.?

    ?Dude!? Beast Boy said. ?That is the sweetest power!?

    Angel laughed. ?Yeah, thanks. So, should we start?? All the Titans nodded.
     
    ok, I can finally add the next chapter! ^^

    Chapter 3

    Beast Boy smiled to himself. He was glad Angel was helping them out. He liked her. He wasn?t afraid to admit it... to himself.
    Beast Boy couldn?t guess for the life of him why it was called the Red Fire Orb, weren?t all fires red? But he decided to find the Orb first and ask questions later.
    Angel was out in front, her eyes were closed and she seemed very focused on the mission ahead of her. She must have done this before. So far she had led them out of Jump City and into some sort of underground tunnel. Beast Boy ran up to Angel.

    ?Are we there yet?? he said in a whiney voice.

    Angel kept her eyes closed. ?No, but we?re getting close.?

    ?How about now??

    ?Nope.?

    ?Now??

    ?Beast Boy, please, I?m trying to concentrate here!?

    Beast Boy rolled his eyes, although she couldn?t see. ?Jeez, you?re starting to sound like Raven!?

    ?And that?s a bad thing?? Raven said from behind.

    Beast Boy jumped. ?No, no, not bad, just not, uh, suiting of anyone but yourself. Yeah, that?s it.? He didn?t want to offend her. Raven just shook her head.

    ?Here we are,? Angel said, stopping suddenly. ?Right beyond this wooden door.? And indeed they had stopped in front of a large oak door.

    ?Whoa,? Beast Boy said in awe. ?Ha ha, so uh, who wants to go first??

    ?How about you?? Angel sneered.

    Beast Boy s eyes widened. ?Whoa, me? Uh, yeah, well-?

    ?What, you?re not scared, are you?? Angel grinned.

    ?How about I go first and you two knock it off?? Robin said. He walked up to the door and pushed it open with ease. Too easily, Beast Boy thought. Beyond the door the Titans and Angel could see nothing but darkness. But as each Titan stepped through the doorway a fire lit on torches that were on the wall. They lit in a large circle that was the whole room. They could see it looked like nothing more than an underground cave. In the middle of that cave was the Red Fire Orb, surrounded by a yellow light.

    ?Glad you could make it,? came an all too familiar voice from the farthest part of the cave. ?I almost thought I had hidden my new lair too well. Even for your new friend. An old one of mine.?

    ?Slade,? Robin said, without having to think twice. ?So you are behind this!?

    ?Really Robin, you had any doubts? I suppose you thought you had defeated me for good. Well, I?m back, and I want revenge.? That last word sounded very menacing to Beast Boy. ?I see you have a new recruit, nice to see you again Angel.?

    ?I wish I could say the same to you,? Angel said, now behind Beast Boy. ?You are a very evil person Slade, I cannot let you have that Red Fire Orb!?

    ?Evil? I?m flattered. Now tell me, why must you take my precious Orb?? Slade leaned forward in his seat, as though he was anticipating the answer.

    ?The Red Fire Orb has many powers and in the hands of evil it is truly a horrible thing. That Orb belongs back on Thear!?

    ?Well, that?s too bad isn t it? You see, I need this Orb to, fully acquire, what I have planned. I can?t have you or the Titans messing with my plans, now can I??

    ?Then it looks like we ll just have to take it from you!? Robin said loudly. ?Teen Titans, go!?

    Ok, guess I can't avoid it any longer, here's the next chap.:

    Chapter 4
    There is a point in time when everyone must face their darkest fears. For me, there are two.

    After Robin had said that everything was a blur to Angel.
    Jinx, who had seemed to come out of nowhere, was now battling the Titans, leaving Slade open for Angel. She saw him creep off into the darkness, and quietly followed him. She spotted him in a corner, and hit him with one of her fire punches. Slade grabbed her arm and threw her against the wall.

    ?Now you shall help me achieve my goal!?

    ?What are you talking about?? Angel stood up, holding her injured right arm. ?I?m not helping you!?

    ?Oh no dear child, you already have!? After Slade said that, the Red Fire Orb Angel had stuck in her pocket began to rise and float towards Slade.

    ?No!? Angel cried and jumped up to grab it. ?You can?t have it!?

    ?I can have whatever I want!? Slade pounced at Angel, grabbing her neck before she could run away. Out of nowhere came Robin, tackling Slade to the ground. But Slade was older and stronger, and soon was on top of Robin. Angel lit her body on fire and threw herself at Slade, knocking him off of Robin and to the ground.

    ?Very well done,? Slade said. ?But, I still have what I need. Jinx, we leave, now!? And in a poof both Jinx and Slade vanished.

    ?Oh no!? Angel said, realizing something. ?Slade has the Red Fire Orb!?

    ?No he doesn?t.? Robin flashed the red sphere in front of their eyes.

    ?Hooray!? Starfire shouted. ?We have stolen the Red Fire Orb back from Slade!?

    ?Thanks to Angel here,? Beast Boy said with a little smile.

    Angel smiled and shrugged. ?Aw, it was nuthin. Now, if I could have it back.?

    ?Sure,? Robin agreed. ?But before I give it back, just one question. Why do you want it??

    ?I need to send it to a place where it can never get in the hands of evil, especially Slade.?

    ?Where are you gonna send it?? Cyborg asked.

    ?Back to Thear, to the safest place I know of. Now can I have it back??

    ?Oh, yeah, here.? Robin handed over the Red Fire Orb to Angel.

    ?At last, now this Orb is safe, just one left.? Then Angel began to chant some strange words. And the Orb was gone in a flash of smoke. And the Red Fire Orb was safe from all evil, for awhile.
     
    Jared you queer... Have you read it yet? You said you would...

    So, here's the next chapter! And sorry about how long Angel's story is. Happy reading! ^^

    Chapter 5

    Angel led the Titans out of the cave, through the tunnel, and back to fresh air, of course with Beast Boy by her side. He didn t know how she did it, he would have never remembered all the twists and turns they d made going through that tunnel, and then turn them backwards to get out. But there was much he didn t know about this girl. But he had to know more.

    ?So, uh, since we just stole that Red Orb thing from Slade, we gotta celebrate, don?t ya think?? he asked Angel.

    Angel looked at him. ?Is this something you do often??

    ?What, celebrate or beat up bad-guys??

    ?Both.?

    ?Well, then totally yes and yes.?

    ?Ok. Then how do you normally celebrate??

    Beast Boy scratched his head, thinking hard. And it hurt. ?I dunno, how do you??

    ?Where I come from people best like to sleep outside by a campfire. And tell stories. And find constellations between the stars.?

    ?Uh, ok. Then we?ll do that! Where should we do it??

    ?Meet me at the edge of the woods west of town. And bring something to sleep on. And s?mores!?

    The Titans arrived at the woods to find Angel with a fire started in front of her. All the Titans had brought sleeping bags, and found spots around the fire as Angel had told them to. Beast Boy sat on Angel?s right, next to him was Raven, next to her was Cyborg. Starfire was on Angel?s left, with Robin between her and Cyborg.

    Beast Boy reached into his back pack. ?I brought the s?mores!? he said happily.

    ?Great,? Angel said. ?Do you know how to make the perfect roasted marshmallow??

    As Angel began teaching Beast Boy the art of roasting marshmallows, Robin pulled out a small computer from his pack. The others who were not joining Beast Boy and Angel watched him.

    ?Robin, you aren?t working on some Slade lead right now are you?? Cyborg asked.

    ?I need to find out what he?s planning,? Robin answered.

    ?Robin, now is not the time of work but a time of celebration!? Star said.

    ?I know, but we need to be ready and-?

    ?Why can?t you just have a little fun?? Cyborg said.

    ?They?re having fun.? Raven pointed to Beast Boy and Angel. Angel had shoved a marshmallow in Beast Boy?s face and he was now mumbling something about ?gooey boogeriness?.

    Robin sighed. It did look like fun. And he did like s?mores.

    ?Alright,? he said at last. ?I?ll work on it tomorrow.?

    ?So, what else are we doing tonight?? Robin asked later.

    ?I am going to tell you all the legend of my planet, Thear,? Angel answered.

    ?Wait,? Beast Boy said. ?You?re from a different planet??

    Starfire leaned closer. ?I have not heard of this Thear you speak of.?

    ?Not many have,? Angel said, looking into the fire, as if for reinsurance. ?It is a secret planet on the dark side of the moon, hidden from Earth, and most other planets. But before I get ahead of myself, let me begin the story.?

    Before the beginning, before God created Earth, He created Heaven. In

    Heaven He created his servants, the Angels. He also created Dragons of all

    colors. There were eight different Dragons. For each Dragon there was a

    different colored fire that they were gifted with. There was Gold, White,

    Black, Yellow, Purple, Blue, Green, and Red.

    There was a Head Angel, Lucifer. And as there was a Head Angel there was a

    Head Dragon, Mythril, the Golden Dragon, gifted with the Golden fire.

    When Lucifer became evil he took all of the bad Angels with him, as well as

    all the Dragons, except for one, Mythril. God was so angered at the

    Dragons, He had Mythril create a world for the Dragons, so they all

    wouldn?t go to Hell with Satin. So, as God created Earth, Mythril created

    Thear. Not many of the Dragons went to Thear, only three. The Red

    Dragon, the Blue Dragon, and the Green Dragon. The Black Dragon, the

    White Dragon, the Yellow Dragon and the Purple Dragon went to Hell. The

    Black Dragon became Hell?s Head Dragon, and was then known as Hell?s

    Shadow.

    Back on Thear, Mythril was getting tired of just the three Dragons. As God

    had created humans, Mythril created humans on Thear, known as dragoids.

    They looked like humans, except they had dragon wings, tails, and horns.

    They also had the power of control and creation of fire. But only the fire

    given to them, which were Red, Blue, and Green. Mythril thought it too

    great a risk to give a dragoid the power of the Golden Fire.

    After awhile the Three Dragons living on Thear wanted to create something

    with their Fires, so each created a special Orb for each of their Fires. Those

    Orbs are now known as the Red Fire, Blue Fire, and Green Fire Orbs. If the

    Orbs were together, whoever had them would be the Ruler of Thear.

    Though the Dragons tried, the Orbs were not kept secret from the

    dragoids.

    Soon after the three Dragons created the Orbs, an evil man who had no

    known name wanted to steal the Orbs, because he wanted to be Ruler of

    Thear. Hell?s Shadow heard of this man and decided to use him to help him

    get the Orbs. He knew where the Orbs were hidden, and he knew he could

    not do it without a dragoid. For prophecies say that only a dragoid can put

    all three Orbs together to unleash their great power. However, it did not

    state who would harness this great power, be it dragon, dragoid, or human.

    Hell?s Shadow told the man through a dream where the Orbs were stored,

    and that the next morning the man should set out to find them should he

    wish to obtain them. So he did as he was told, and soon found the Orbs in

    an unknown cave of sorts. But he did not collect all the Orbs before the

    Ruling Dragons found out about what the man and Hell s Shadow were

    planning. Mythril was very angry, and because of one man s sin, he took

    away the dragoids forever, making them become humans instead. He also

    scattered the Orbs, putting one on Earth, one on Thear, and one

    somewhere that no one would ever think to find it.

    Now, it is said that for Thear to be righted of all its wrongs, a dragoid must

    find all the Orbs and use their powers to defeat the Ultimate Evil.

    ?Ok,? Angel said, closing her eyes. ?That?s the end of my story.?

    ?Wow.? Beast Boy was lost for words, and apparently so were the others. ?Where did you hear that? And how do you remember it all??

    Angel smiled. ?Every child in Thear must know of the legend, because the Rulers know that any one of us could be the Savior.?

    ?Wait a minute,? Raven said, looking suspiciously at Angel. ?You fit the description of a dragoid.?

    ?Yes, very clever Raven,? Angel answered, sounding a bit sarcastic.

    Raven didn?t seem to like it. ?But in your story you said they were all turned to humans. How is it you?re a dragoid??

    Angel sighed. ?I am but the only dragoid from my planet. I was born a human, but was made a dragoid so I could rid my planet of evil.? Angel looked down at the ground. ?There have been so many wars on my planet, all over the legend, so I thought that if I could fulfill the prophecy, they would all stop.?

    Raven?s expression softened. ?I?m sorry,? she said.

    ?Oh it?s alright.? Angel brightened up a bit, probably happy that Raven wasn?t being so mean any more.

    ?I am curious,? Starfire spoke up. ?Why did you choose to tell us the legend of your home??

    Angel looked around at all of them. ?Because, at first I thought that finding the Orbs was my problem and mine alone. But now I see that it is yours also.?
     
    Awsome!But what's up with leaving spaces?Well ya,it seems less confusing.I was just wondering if there was another reason.(Does this make since what I'm saying?Ahh!I'm going bizzerk!)
     
    OK, this is a new chapter, and it kinda starts of Beast Boy and Angel's relationship. Hope you enjoy!

    Chapter 6
    Why give someone a penny for their thoughts when they'll give you their two cents?

    I hope they will help me. But what if they don't? What if they hate me? Just like all the others. Angel was thinking to herself to go to sleep when she felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned on her back and looked at Beast Boy, sitting up beside her. ?How did you know I was awake??

    ??Cuz I remembered you told me the fire won?t go out until you fall asleep,? he replied, pointing to the roaring flames. Angel thought for a second, then remembered telling them that any of her fires don?t go out unless commanded.

    ?Alright, I?ll go to sleep so that you can,? she said, thinking the fire was keeping him up.

    Beast Boy waved his hand. ?Wha- no! It?s not that. I wanted to talk to you.?

    Angel looked around at the sleeping Titans. ?Ok, but let?s do it someplace else so we don?t wake them.?

    Angel had walked Beast Boy to a hill a ways away from the Titans where they couldn t be overheard. She leaned against the one tree standing on the hill and turned her face to the stars and the full moon. ?Your night sky is a lot different than the one on Thear.?

    ?When did you leave it?? Beast Boy asked. He wanted to know more about her.

    ?When I was ten. I?ve been here for a few years.?

    ?So, why did you come to Earth??

    Angel sighed. ?I got banished.?

    Beast Boy nearly fell. ?Banished? How?!?

    Angel seemed surprised at his reaction. ?Because they don?t take too kindly to dragoids anymore.?

    ?Oh, but they didn?t banish you until you were ten.?
    ?I wasn?t a dragoid until I was ten. I used to be a normal human, just like everyone else.? Angel shook her head. ?There were these men that told me I could save my home, my family, if I only took that shot.?

    ?They gave you a shot? Like the thing you get at the doctors?? Beast Boy shuddered. He didn?t even like to think about it. ?What do you mean to save your home? And your family??

    Angel looked sad so Beast Boy grabbed her hand without thinking, and felt some strange warmth. Angel didn?t move. Good, that meant she didn?t mind. ?My dad was in one of the wars on my planet. He got killed, and ever since then my family has lived in fear of what could happen. I just want to be sure they?re safe.? She wiped a tear from her eye with her free hand, then noticed Beast Boy was holding her other hand and quickly pulled it away. Beast Boy suddenly felt very cold. And sad.

    ?Your dad got killed in a war? I?m sorry.? He looked down at his feet.

    ?It?s ok.? Angel touched his shoulder and he felt flooded with warmth. ?It?s not your fault. Um, I want to ask you something.? She seemed embarrassed by what she was gonna say.

    ?Ask me anything, I?m all ears!? Beast Boy twitched his pointy ears.

    Angel smiled. ?Would you and the other Titans come with me to Thear? If I?m gonna do it, I don?t think I can alone.? She paused and looked away. ?But if you don?t want to, I?ll understand.?

    Beast Boy leaned closer. ?Of course we will. We?ll do anything we can.? He touched her arm and felt the warmth again.

    Angel pulled her arm away. She smiled again. ?Thank you. Now I think it?s time we went to sleep.?
