Is there any way to change any of the following:

Which sethealingplace the mother's script activates on. (Currently it's only on 0x1)

Which maps teleport goes to when specific sethealingplaces are triggered.

Either way would be fine, honestly.

The healingplace that triggers the mom script is selected here in the code.

Which maps teleport goes to when specific sethealingplaces are triggered.

They are defined in the sSpawnPoints list. If you're binary hacking you can move them around in advance map.

... It really was just as easy as swapping the flight points and editing the airport data to match, wasn't it? Jesus, now I'm a bit embarassed.
