Hello drago0202!

I have updated the Shop section and have thus added Rotom-W's moveset, you may take a look.

As for EVs, it is hard to tell the exact numbers since it isn't a vanilla EV spread, but it seems to have full HP, some SP Def, Some Speed and average Defense.

Ribbons seems to have 252 HP, 252 Defense and 6 SP Def.

And no, that rule only applies to the Breeding Section (and Safari if bredding with a Safari 'mon has been requested).

Alright, they're all fine. :) And to avoid complicating the process you should PM RNC for cloning services. :)
