You must have mistaken Feebas for Magikarp since I don't have one there haha, but I'll see what I can, even though we don't offer the levelling up service. Do bear in mind it will have random EVs thanks to that though. :)

6IV? That sounds rather fishy for a KB Legendary considering RNG abuse is not available D: I'm afraid I'll have to decline that offer. Perhaps do you have any breedables we don't have yet? That works too. :)
