    Can someone explian to me what exactly this item does? I met a person who had it once and his pokemon were FREAKING strong. Is it a glitch? and how can i obtain it?
     
    Basically it is a glitch, I had some glitched Pokemon holding it on Pokemon Blue (no cheating involved, just appeared) and I traded it to my gold on Pokemon Stadium 2, I removed the item it held and it was a Clear Bell on my gold version (so it was in the key items), but when I played it on my GBC it was Teru-Sama. I could sell it for a never ending amount and it never ran out.
     
    Please use the Simple Questions thread for things like this next time.

    The Teru-Sama items in the games are just placeholders. They have no function, and are only obtainable through cheats or glitches in the games.
