Text Not Showing Ingame

    I am working on my own Pokemon fan game and I have run into a problem it seem that none the in-game text will display at all. I have reinstalled the required fonts and everything it obviously isn't a problem with my actual game as it does this to the unedited version of Pokemon Essentials as well. I have seen many posts about this but none give a solid answer as to why or how to fix it other than reinstall the fonts.

    PLEASE HELP!!!

    Update: Figured out why you just need to change the System Locale to US
