Text Upon Hovering Over Something?

Odd question, I know, but wasn't quite sure where to post it :S

Anyone happen to be able to tell me the code used in order to have text appear when you hover over an image or text? (AKA, I could make one of the images in my signature say "Made by ___" when I hover over it).

I had it in the past, but I forgot it ._.

Does that make it a little clearer? Just customise it as you wish. Also (and correct me if I am wrong) the hovering text will not appear if a picture is in the place of the visible text? :3

I'm not getting anything show up when I hover over the image. Are you sure? (Or is it just my browser?)

It's just your browser. Stop using Internet Explorer.

I checked in Internet Explorer, and it doesn't work... It just shows the "?", but not the text.
FireFox has no problem~

Urgh. I can't stand Firefox. >.<

Mock me if you will, but I prefer IE. I'll just have to go on not viewing title tags on images. :3
