    [YGO] Noob again.

    I haven't played the card game in awhile. What's a good starter deck to use to get back into playing?

    I hope you mean Yu-Gi-Oh.

    I highly recommend buying three copies of the Machina Mayhem structure deck; that will give you a very strong basis to work with, and just adding a couple staples will make it a viable deck to play (and bash your friends with).
     
    Ooop! lol Yes I meant Yu-Gi-Oh. Why does "T" have to be so close to the "Y" anyways? Thanks for the advice.
     
    Yeah, the Machine deck's pretty awesome. If you're willing to wait till March, there's also the Dragunity Legion Structure deck, which is looking to be pretty good...
     
    Like most suggest get three Machina Mayhem deck. It is easy to learn and many here can help how to make the deck better.
    I would also suggest getting 2-3 copies of Marik Structure deck. It contains good trade bait cards like: GK Spy, GK Descendant, Mirror Force. You can easily sell extra common Mirror Force for around $3-4.
     
    Machina is good for a more competitive deck than the marik.
    But the marik deck contains many staples such as mirror force and book of moon.

    It's a matter of opinion but I'd go for 3 machina's instead.
     
    If you have the money, buy 2/3 Marik as well, for the Book of Moon, and Mirror Force. Well, I have a Machina deck, but I still need 3 D-Prison xD
     
    Like everyone else is suggesting, Machina Mayhem is the best route for a beginner. Buy three of them if you can, and mix them together to create one 40card master deck. Also, try to gather up some staples such as Mirror Force, etc. to perfect it.
     
    You want to really have 3 Machina Fortress, 3 Machina Gearframe, 1/2 Machina Peacekeeper, and 1 Machina Force, for Fortress fodder. You want 2 each of each of the Gadgets, and 3 Dimensional Prison. If you bought the Marik Structure deck as well, you could get Mirror Force and Book of Moon, which are both great staples. In the Retro Pack 2, you can also get Book of Moon, but you can also get Bottomless Trap Hole, and Torrential Tribute, more staples.
